My go to gelato order always consists of yogurt plus a fruit flavor or a chocolate flavor. But many gelato shops don't even produce yogurt so the moment I spotted it here I was excited. I chose yogurt and raspberry but only after sampling a bunch of other flavors - I mean, they have five different types of chocolate alone! (Thankfully, the folks scooping the gelato are patient with non-Portuguese speakers who can't make up their minds!) We were slightly confused by the payment order on our first visit, so you know: Pay for your scoops first, then select your flavors (people who handle the money don't handle the gelato). Here is the breakdown. GELATOS The gelato selections are great and there is an array of both traditional and special flavors to choose from. I always try having different flavors when I go but some of my favorites include: Nutella, hazelnut and stracciatella. Also, the coffees are pretty decent if you want to have it afterwards. DECOR/ AMBIANCE Very cute place. They have a rustic modern look to it. Great vibe, it is always packed and I enjoyed seating there for a while, eating my gelato slowly. Very comfortable and charming spot, perfect for a date with a friend or to bring the family over. SERVICE The Brazilian service at its best.
