This place is a gem. I go up here when I'm north. I think the one lady runs the place, because everyone knows her. In some ways, in this area of suburban sprawl, this place is a sort of community center. The lady puts pics of her regulars on the wall. People come sit in the couch area and chat. I go to Cuppa Austin at least twice a week and am always 100% satisfied not only with the coffee and other products they carry, but the staff as well. This place is fantastic! I've only been a few times but whenever I go the crew is always so friendly. I walked in today and was greeted with a very warm welcome by Kacee, Andie, Jeff, and Arlene which was wonderful. Aside from the friendly staff, they also have a awesome range of drinks from iced chai tea (my favorite) to regular coffee to real fruit smoothies, and they're all delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys cozy coffee shops and welcoming atmospheres. Been here twice now. Both times I ordered a large Latte. Different barristas, but the service was good, the coffee was excellent and consistent, and I love the atmosphere. Delicious! The salted carmel latte and iced chai are soooooo good! There is a comfy couch inside but we like to sit on the outside table with our dogs. Below-average coffee, too-friendly service. The owner is constantly asking if you need anything, which may seem nice at a restaurant, but it's a coffee shop. Some people like feeling like they are at home, but if I wanted to hang out with my mom, I'd call her up - I'd rather just enjoy my coffee in peace. Having her walk you out and hold the door makes me uncomfortable, and I don't really want to come back here, even though it's right next to my work.
