I watched as one employee, the young man with tattoos working at the drive-through window, let the dog in the car in front of me lick his hands, then handed the customer her coffee. Then, as I pulled up, he thought it was appropriate to wait on me without washing his hands. Don't get me wrong, I like dogs, I don't like the germs of some strange dog all over my coffee cup. I think they need a visit from the health department. The owner, Emma, reached out to state that her employee sanitized his hands and then washed them. She also claims to have it on video camera. Shoutout to David, he was an incredible worker and was super helpful throughout the process of getting coffee. The line was super long however, the workers made sure each car got their coffee and our turn came up really quickly. my friend and I ended up getting a pumpkin chai latte with light ice as well as their peppermint mocha with light ice. their coffees are about 6 to 7 dollars depending on the type of coffee you plan on getting they also have smoothies. Overall, the service was incredible. The ambiance of the place was adorable. I love how cute and small this spot. Drive thru is nice to go through when it's not busy bc the line can get super long. If you want to get your drink quicker, just walk up to the window. I've been many times and always try something new. They have a a variety of fun drinks. Everything has tasted great bc the espresso is so smooth and all the drinks are not overly sweet. I wanted to like this place so bad :( especially after hearing great things about it! Sadly, I didn't have the same experience. Came to cuppa cuppa on a Tuesday morning, around 10:30 AM. The line wasn't long at all. They have a drive-thru, walk-up window, and a QR code for online ordering. We decided to go to the walk-up window since we were there with a family-friend. I'll talk about service first. There were three baristas inside and none of them greeted until 3-5 minutes after standing at the window. I understand they are busy, but the first thing they said was "we'll be right with you." with a non-welcoming voice or smile. That was red flag number one. I will say - our drinks came out promptly after ordering which was nice. But the drinks were also a disappointment. I ordered an iced Barcelona since it seemed popular among my Yelp peeps. My mom got a hot decaf maca mocha. All three drinks lacked flavor and caffeine intensity. I was really disappointed. I do like my coffee sweet, so that could've been a factor too. The coffee here is not sweet at all. The drinks were truly mid. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd be happy to give this place a second chance and update my review in the future. This was my first time visiting this little drive-thru coffee shop, and it won't be my last! I usually go to the coffee shop across the street, and finally found myself here because of TikTok. I cannot believe I haven't been here before! The little shop is located in the corner of a parking lot and there's a lot of parking available in case you'd like to order your coffee at the walk-up window. Regardless of the long drive-thru line, the barista taking my order was very welcoming and friendly! She recommended many drinks but I played it safe and ordered an iced hazelnut latte with oat milk. Came again to try their new summer drinks on a Sunday around 1 pm and there was quite a line of around 8 cars. A worker was walking down the line to take orders and it took around 15 mins to get to the window and get my drink. But the wait is so worth it! This place always has a line and it's because it's bangers on bangers used to come here a lot more before children because with kids the Waite is not as friendly but before kids this was our spot we would come here on the weekends to get a cup of coffee and then go on our day. We came on a Saturday around 10 and the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot but luckily they have a walk up window and there was plenty of parking available. You can order at the window but they were actually telling people to order via the QR code for faster service which I did. I got the seasonal pumpkin cold brew and my partner got the Barcelona latte with almond milk. I know everyone is feeling inflation but for a small latte, it was $6.40 after adding the $1 upcharge for almond milk. Eesh. The flavor of both drinks fell pretty flat. The pumpkin cold brew just felt like they added a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. No pumpkin flavor/puree. The Barcelona latte was supposed to taste like creme brulee but we could only taste the cinnamon. This is my go-to almost every day!! I love that they drop seasonal drinks every month and it gets me excited to see what they come up with. My normal go-to drink is the iced magic banana. You can either get it dark or white. I also like getting the soyrizo burritos that they have (when they have them. Because boy do they sell out QUICK!). They partner with Bestbfburritos and have 3 flavors but this one hands down is my fave.
