I was given a free puffco hot knife for spending more than $100 on concentrates. It doesn't work out of the box. I was told they can do nothing because it's a product their hands are tied and they can't help me out. I was told directly to reach out to puffco and got a 'good luck' before hanging up the phone. There is no warranty info in the box or the manual so I had to find my own way to puffco and go through the warranty claim on their website. This whole experience just felt off. I will most likely not be shopping at any of these stores again. read more

My mom is brand-new to being a MM patient so I was helping her figure this stuff out. Kyle at Curaleaf was fantastic and knowledgeable about all the options. I initially called and spoke with him to explain the situation and her very limited mobility. He offered to come out to her car with the menu and information when we arrived. He found out what issues she was having and made several recommendations for different ways to ingest. Before she met Kyle at Curaleaf, she was hesitant about the whole process but after meeting Kyle, she became far more comfortable with everything. I was traveling and came to this store for their squeeze product and picked up a couple of other things. Squeeze is terrible - the dispensers don't work and the product doesn't affect me at all. I was also given the wrong product - what was supposed to be chocolate came in a flower jar with a label stating it was edibles but was really dried up flower inside that hurts my lungs to smoke. When I reached out via email to customer service (since I was no longer in Gainesville) they assured me they would help me out but once I sent over their requested information, no one ever bothered to get back to me - even with another follow up from me.
