I been biting my tongue for way too long about this company, specifically this location. Don't come here because I seriously cannot tell if this location is a dispensary or a daycare. I cannot make any of this up-- they let their own employee, Shauna, get my information from their system using my last name & used it as a way to harass me and find my social medias like a weirdo. She even admitted it herself and even said that everyone at Curaleaf talks about me and continued bashing my name. Even when I reported it to their management, they did nothing about it!! Best part is, their own general manager, Kim, threatened me to not call back instead of solving the problem. AND THE HARASSMENT HAS CONTINUED TILL THIS DAY SINCE. I know Shauna stole my information from the system because I was never affiliated with her nor crossed paths with her once prior before & she even admitted to stalking me & my personal business for over 2 YEARS!! I didn't even find out that she's been stalking my socials until the beginning of this year! Not only that, this isn't even the first time they have grabbed my information from their system because they have previously called me before about an issue that A DIFFERENT customer was causing & it wasn't even relative to me. It's even more funny how they grabbed my number out of their system to call me about an issue to escalate it but they wouldn't even bother putting a stop to an issue that their own employees were causing. I used to come here frequently at least almost once every other week and spend good money here, I will never ever spend another penny here again and I recommend you don't either. HIPAA law does NOT exist here. Even if you report your information being used, the managers do nothing about it but laugh at you with their employees. They'll literally grab your info from their system, stalk your socials, & stalk your personal life like weirdos. Ontop of that, I've seen the women at the front desk working stoned out of their minds, this grown man at the front desk makes SEX jokes loudly, & they're constantly taking pictures there yet no one says anything. These are GROWN older women that I am speaking of, I even have picture proof of everything when all of this went down yet their manager will not do anything about it. They will say drama is not their issue when their employees are the ones causing the drama. This is the first and only time that I've been to a dispensary that has ever treated me so poorly that it's actually disgusting. Hire better people or at least follow your own HIPAA guidelines Curaleaf because hiring a group of immature women has made this place go so downhill. Ive never seen a business ran so unprofessionally and so immaturely. read more
