If you are considering upgrading your landscaping and adding curbing around your flower beds, Curb Pro's is the only way to go! Many of our neighbors had curbing put in, and my husband and I loved the clean, upgraded look it provided their landscaping. We were referred to Art and couldn't have been happier with the results. Art provided us a free estimate and had samples and pictures of all of the various styles and colors you can choose from for your curbing. We chose our color & style and anxiously awaited installation day! Art & his workers arrived promptly in the morning and got to work. The curbing was installed and looked great! The curbing does need time to cure and cannot get wet for 24 hours. If it rains within 24 hours, Art & his crew will come back out to repair/reseal as needed. Note: There is a $500 minimum required for the curbing job, which is fine considering that's about what an average job will cost. Curb Pro's also specializes in pavers, so if you are interested in patio or driveway pavers, they will certainly do a great job for you. Curb Pro took out all of our old curbing and replaced it with new. It's amazing what they accomplished in 3 days! The new curbing is beautiful and we've had many compliments from people passing by...even stopping theIr car to tell us if we were in the front yard. They were meticulous about their work, making sure that everything was perfectly measured and precisely done! They did a wonderful job integrating the curbing with our lanai entryway pavers. Curbing does add lots of curb appeal to your home. However do not consider this company as they are unprofessional when it comes to phone etiquette and unorganized! I contacted Art to add a second coat of paint to may existing curbing which they offer. He then provided a quote and I agreed on price. He informs me that he will not be able to schedule a day to complete because they must wait until a more complex job is near my home. I was thinking who knows when that could be so I started looking at other companies. To my surprise Arts' wife texted a few days later and informs me that they will arrive at my home that day to complete job. Later that afternoon Art calls and says he's at my home but can't perform task because grass is to high around curbing. He would like me to call him once cut and will come back out. I mentioned to him that if they would have given me a day or two notice grass would have been at proper height. The following day I left a message stating grass would be cut and I would be home all day if they could complete. I never received a call back or text to schedule a day. I waited another day and finally sent a text saying to cancel service. Will let me tell you he didn't like that as he called not even a minute later yelling to where I could hardly understand him saying he doesn't make any money off this type of work and was doing me a favor. I was shocked and offended with his reply! I felt like my business wasn't worth his time! Needs to improve customer service. read more
