I enrolled 3 kids, and was hoping for a better experience. We had to miss a couple classes and the company only allows you to make one up. Additionally, it has to be done within two weeks. They have very few class offerings, 1 to be exact. I asked for another option and they wouldn't offer one. I asked if they could extend the makeup period by a week and they said no. I asked if they could be flexible and work with me and they said no. Again, no empathy. So I said I'd have to cancel, bc I can't be losing money if they are so rigid and they said ok and cancelled for me. Again, I just wanted them to be flexible so I wouldn't lose those lessons, but the call center's lack of empathy just convinced me that they're not a good organization to do business with. Be cautious especially if you think your child may have to miss a lesson or two along the way. They will not allow you many (if any) options to reschedule. You're better off finding a different company.

I spent the night in jail and they ruined my start on life as a young adult, it was hard to get a job and I could no longer go to O'Connor events to see my younger siblings grow up and play sports for the school. These officers were tyrants and ruined many children's lives and futures, they should be ashamed. They even took me back to the school and handcuffed me to a chair in their office for 3 hours while my wrists bled & called in head coach Maleskey, who screamed and spit in my face. These individuals are a disgrace to the O'Connor name.

Now today we have received yet another incident report (SECOND ONE THIS WEEK). Who is monitoring these kids? Why are the kids coming home with claw marks to their faces and gash to the head? Unfortunately this facility has failed to protect and monitor the kids. The OWNER IS AWARE of all of this and still there has been NO CHANGE . The kids remain NEGLECTED and for that reason they are being removed today. So hard to find a good daycare/preschool these days . You trust that your child will come back home the same way you dropped them off but that is NOT the case with this place. Will be taking further action against this place. They do not take responsibility for anything that happens to the kids in left in THEIR CARE and they ALWAYS blame the incident on the child or another child . BEWARE!!!!!
