Worst company. Do not trust them. They are liars. never have communication with them again. Signed up for the first study and called several hours before to see about the prerequisite requirements for the study. Met those requirements and then get there and completely different and then a route security guard buttons in the middle of a conversation with the front desk people and get verbal. Was not even part of the conversation. Their customer service I would give a negative number to. I pre-bought my metra tickets to go back home and cost me money and wasted several hours of my time coming there and going home. They like surveys. I'm giving them a feedback survey on their customer service and it is 100% horrible. Do not recommend to anyone ever. Definitely no value here. read more

Clean and efficient! I've been to this facility several times. Every time I have been here, I was checked in quickly and was able to participate in the surveys quickly. There is plenty of parking! Everyone that I have encountered was friendly! I would like to come back more frequently to participate. read more

I had been a member of the research panel for 20 years and came in for hundreds of studies and never had a problem and then recently they've been over booking the studies so twice they overbooked and sent me home and the second time I asked the girl at the front desk if in the future, they could call me ahead of time if they overbooked so I didn't drive so far just to be turned away. And literally all I said was this is kind of ridiculous so she banned me. I didn't yell or get loud, but because her fragile ego got hurt, she decided to ban me with no explanation. It's not fair, I'd avoid this place that asks for your opinion on products, but doesn't want to hear your opinion about anything else. read more

I loved this place and thought they were clean and helpful. I truly do recommend this place but the front desk staff and so rude. I didnt get her name but a young woman with darker hair was extremely rude and stared at me like I have 10 heads. As I was waiting for the focus group after, she was talking to another lady making fun of other people in the study. Because of this I don't feel comfortable coming here anymore. read more

I have been coming here for years and they have been wonderful! back in November I had an incident where my kids came(because I had no sitter) and they said they arguing w each other (outside) so they sent me home 5 min before the test ended. they r discriminatory and a horrible place. they banned me from the facility because of this incident and I can longer go there. not even a warning. I was a participant in a study ... a three day , take home study ... their link was not working on day three. When I called about pay n to inform them , I talked to Katie and Vanessa ... they told me I would not be paid and there was nothing they were willing to do to compensate me in anyway .... just super disappointed .... n then received a call where I felt again they were putting it on me... because of time ... after I had tried a few times to use their link .... Just be careful ! You may or may not get paid it seems in my opinion they are not willing to work with people. They do seem to have a one star review avg overall other then myself .... ive been with curion for years before Covid payment usually was handed out right after survey which is very convenient if you don't already live near the facility drive +1 hours. this time I went Tuesday for a test they let me know I would receive an email regarding my digital payment. so here it is Friday I'm waiting and a lady just keeps telling me there is a delay and they don't know when it'll be fixed. if I don't receive anything today it will be Tuesday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They schedule you, wait for you to rearrange your hours at work and then cancel your appointment making you lose time at work. Their panelists are unemployed and ghetto. They waste your time and then make it seem like its your fault because you could not respond to them on time because you actually work for a living. Dont waste your time with this company. They will screw up your schedule. Look at P&K research which does more taste testing and usually keeps your appointment without screw ups read more
