I got a confirmation email the day before and everything. I showed up the requested 10 minutes early. At about 3:15pm I called the main number. Then began to call the numbers of all of the guides listed in my original booking email. No one called back. I also sent an email to the employee that had helped me book, with no response. I waited until 3:30 pm before finally giving up on them. I have called multiple times since that day, originally requesting to rebook, ending with requests for a refund. It has been over two weeks and they have not responded! This is unacceptable customer service. Do not risk your money! Buyer beware!

Honestly, it might be the most delicious "team building" we've ever done. We started in North Beach and walked all the way to Chinatown. Apparently it took three hours, but between the food, the stories, and our group of 10 professional talkers, none of us noticed. Along the way we stopped for tastings, met some local vendors. That was cool hidden treasures I would say. We went to Cafe Sport in North Beach. I will absolutely be back. The pasta and sauce were amazing, and the homemade bread? Let's just say it didn't stand a chance. Then we made our way to Chinatown where Blandina dropped some history on us things I definitely didn't know before. We then went to Chinatown stopped by Far East (Restaurant), where we had some spicy, delicious chowmein it is must to go back. Managing a group of 10 chatty adults is no small task, but Blandina handled us like a pro (and with great patience ). Thanks Blandina it was memorable!!!

We went on the combo tour of Alcatraz and the city. It is not very organized nor eas the time…read moresufficient generally. I selected thia tour only because Alcatraz was sold out for weeks. We barely had enough time at Alcatraz to listen to the 45 minute audio tour before having to get back on the ferry. We were told by friends to skip the intro and head straight for the audio pick up or we would not have enough time for even that basis tour. There was confusion about where to meet for the bus portion because one email said pier 33 and another pier 39. I tried calling in the morning but received no answer. I texted and finally received an answer to meet in front of the Aquarium by the Bay and to look for Marcus. We actually got on the wrong bus after asking the guide who simply said yes , it is correct and to get on. We got off the next stop and had to run back. Found Marcus a non touristy bus. Apparently, this wasn't the tour but simply a connection to "the tour" in Sausalito. We drove an had 45 minutes to have lunch and to explore. Not enough time for lunch in crazy busy area. We were then told to go by the elephant square where Kathy would be in a red shirt. Got on an incredibly hot bus driven by Gordon. Yes , there was a heat wave but Gordon did not have the air on until he started driving. Also, this bus only had air blowing in the front and back so if you were near the middle you lose.. The stop at Marin was nice to cool off and take photos of Golden Gate Bridge. One other thing was that we were not given a current itinerary. The one that I found said we would go to Golden Gate Park for 45 minutes. We never stopped there. All stops were 10 minutes or less except for walking Lombardy Street. My party had already done that so we stayed on the bus. The driver however would not turn on the air. We should have gotten off to have a beer but did not know how long the stop was so we stayed. Kathy, our guide was surprised that the doors by the bathrooms at Grace Cathedral were locked. Last part was the bus does not drop you off where you start. We started at pier 33 but ended up a mile away at the Ferry Building. If we had an agenda, we could have planned for this. This is supposed to be one of the more expensive tours. It was NOT worth it. Our tour guide was pleasant and did her best. Avoid this company. Try Hop On Hop Off instead. Buy Alcatraz far in advance and not rush with this group.

She dispatched Mike our driver early, and made sure to call me the day of, to brief me on all necessary information. Mike the Yelp Party Bus driver was prepared, patient, laid-back and alot of fun to work with. I was a little nervous at first that we had to pay up front, but Mary Beth and Mike made our experience with San Francisco Shuttle tours a "sigh of relief," sit back and enjoy, Keith Sweat's "Twisted" (best ballad ever...on a customized Richard T CD) kind of experience. She understood what we were looking for and helped tailor our custom package....VERY unlike the other agencies that try to sell pre packed trips. Pascale and I met several times over 4 months. She made many adjustments to our plans as we tried to put together the perfect trip. I was probably a pretty high maintenance customer, but she always received me with a smile. On our trip we had a couple of small snafu's (none to do with the trip planning) and Pascale went above and beyond to help us get them sorted out. I had many questions and returned to her every other day until I booked the trip, but she always served with a smile. No problems/issues with all the arrangements she made for the honeymoon trip, everything on time, all shuttles and services were excellent! The hotels we stayed were just amazing, all booking arrangements with hotels were great and services provided as written on the package!
