For my 10k she sent one letter to my employer, one letter to me that was belligerent, condescending, insensitive, and thoroughly unprofessional. Nothing was even initiated with the EEOC. I have requested a return of money which was completely ignored. I do believe most likely I still have a malpractice suit to pursue against her. I don't want to see anyone else be 'taken' by her. I'm quite sure all of us that has engaged with her are not wealthy individuals, I certainly am not and live on a fixed income. In my case she has taken advantage of a senior citizen. The reason people initially retain her services is the fact that the State of Indiana does not have a lot of competition in her specialty. Most law firms handle corporate law on the behalf of the corporation, not on the behalf of the employee or former employee. I'm quite surprised the Indiana Bar Association hasn't investigated her practice or perhaps they are currently. My initial mistake was not contacting them but this is about to change. Yes, I'm disgruntled and for good reason. I truly don't want to see others lose a lot of money for nothing that I couldn't have done myself. In this economy we must be prudent with our money.
