Very friendly accurate. A one stop shop. I've never seen it crowded. I'm in and out. Spanish speaking. Notary on site.Atm.

I expected a routine transaction and simply wanted to complete the notarization process. During the visit, I also asked whether someone at the store could serve as a witness for one of the documents, as I have never had an issue with this at another PLS location. Unfortunately, from the moment I approached the counter, Latrice's tone and demeanor were condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional, which caused what should have been a simple transaction to escalate unnecessarily. Unfortunately, the interaction escalated into a shouting match. As I was walking out the door, Latrice repeatedly yelled, "You're mad! You're mad!" Her conduct was loud, unprofessional, and inappropriate for someone in a customer service position. Rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation, her behavior only made it worse. I found her behavior to be juvenile and inconsistent with the level of professionalism

They also don't have the ability for you to contact any store in particular anymore. It's not like the employees were rushing to do their job by limiting the amount of people in line. Now some lackadaisical piss poor sloth thinking person in charge decided it was a good idea to no longer have the employee simply answer a phone. They clearly couldn't care less if someone walked or caught the bus or if a senior citizen had to drive and waste time and gas to get there. What if they had to do all of that in order to get there and then discover that the notary is not there or the fax machine is down among other services not available. This thoroughly awful way of thinking is why this country has consistently done worse than Generations before it. You better off going to the currency exchange.
