Dom, was extremely informational and professional through the sales process, and did not try to sell me more than we needed for the repair. Blade personally met with adjuster and showed him where the leaks were Adjuster was reluctant, but Blade never gave up. Eventually, insurance company did accept claim. Blade was always cheerful and willing to answer any questions I had. The crew (about 8-10 guys) came out at 7:30 on a cold morning and went to work--removed the old roof, (0n my 4 bedroom house) installed a new improved roof and completed the job by 4:30. I am so happy that I found them and trusted my gut that this was the company to hire for this project. I wasn't sure what to expect with the install and the thought of cutting into the basement wall is a bit nerve wracking, but as soon as they arrived I knew it was all in good hands. When they finished they cleaned up the area and, other then leaving our dirt piles as we requested, you'd never know they were here. Side note: I also had an electrician scheduled to come out and it ended up (because of rain and prior jobs) that they were working together at the same time.
