Bryan Little is a very unpleasant person to deal with and the quality of his title work is questionable. The staff are nice! I feel sorry for them. I have never written a review of any business in the past, but with the staggeringly bad service that I received from Curry County Title, I found it necessary. I regret that I can not give the company zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Brian Little is one of the most unpleasant people that I have ever dealt with. He is non-responsive. It often takes five e-mails to get a single response. He never seems to answer his phone, so e-mail is your only option. When he does respond, he can't even provide a direct answer to a very specific direct question. He isn't even knowledgeable in his own business. When trying to remove title exceptions that obviously do not apply, he wants you to prove the title equivalent of one plus one equals two. It's pitiful. He also uses outdated systems making things that more difficult. The only good news is that after years of Curry County Title being the only game in town, AmeriTitle opened an office in Brookings. I had them finish the transaction that I was working on, with none of the issues that I encountered with Curry County Title. I'm happy to recommend them.
