Andrea was very understanding about me coming from the west side and kindly allowed me to drop off on a Saturday morning and pick up a Thursday afternoon while I was on the other side. Both times she communicated by text and was helpful and friendly. I paid cash but you can pay by credit card as she has a Square payment system on her phone. What finally got me moving was seeing a post by Christian from Pacific ProSharp on NextDoor. He was located in Kailua (perfect since I live in Kaneohe) with super reasonable prices, so I kicked my butt into gear and contacted him. When I tell you this man brought these things back to pristine condition, I mean he brought them back to PRISTINE condition. He took almost all the rust off, they had some really deep rust so he couldn't get 100% off, but he came darn close. Check out the before and after photos!! He said his specialty is cutlery and kitchen knives, so after seeing the results on my garden tools, I'm excited to bring him back some kitchenware so we can really get slicing and dicing.
