I'm posting on here because Curry Farms Inc. erased our & their comments from there Facebook page. We where there yesterday 10/27/18 with our family. We have gone many years. This was the first year to take our new daughter in law and 10 month old grandson. Our 10 month old grandson had potties on himself and had soiled himself and his clothing. It was quite bad. My daughter in law and I found a lady that worked there and asked if they had somewhere we could get him cleaned up. She said no and we could just put him on the ground. The ground was cold & muddy! I told her no,we was not putting the baby on the ground. She said they had nowhere private ( she was walking out of a red brick building on the site)nor did they have a changing table. Mind you this is a pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm with lots of children's activities. It is a totally child oriented business. My daughter in law posted on their page, kindly mind you, there response was, the awful lady you're referring to is the owner and sorry that our response offended you. I posted back that they are the ones to use the term awful lady, we did not use that or ANY nasty terms. I told them as a public facility they should provide a private changing area/changing table, especially a business that is focused on little ones. I also stated that her response to put the baby on the ground was unacceptable and asked if that's what they would do to their grandchild & I that had expected more compassion to our situation ( which was very visible to see the mess we had the clean)and most especially if she is the owner. I never received a response and this morning the message was erased from their page. I guess as long as they're making money they don't care about anything else and if you do make a comment that they don't like, they just erase it & go on about their money making. I will never support this business, ever again. There are other pumpkin patches and Christmas tree farms in our area. read more

Awful customer service. The owner, who was awful, yelled at my family, children, and friends about running over her pecans. We drove on the gravel driveway to the entrance, past a small sign. We called before we left our home in Monroe, checked the website for any closures. Many other cars were there and cars were asked to leave. They had closed and didn't appreciate people showing up. When we asked if we could buy some pumpkins for the kids since we drove all the way there. But, the older woman yelled - literally - that we could not because they're closed! I told her that we had no way to know that bc they didn't post it. She yelled back that it was on their Facebook- I yelled back and told her we don't have Facebook and we called and checked the website. The voicemail could've easily been changed. Or they could've just not been hateful about us being there. She continued to rant that we weren't welcome there and also that we crushed her pecans. I have no idea what her issue was. We literally didn't leave our car once. She has some major issues and come to find out the owner. She could've been kind about all of it, selling us pumpkins or not. I won't be back - she doesn't want your business and would prefer not to have customers. Find somewhere else to go. read more
