Absolutely delicious! Friendly staff, late hours, and quick service. Definitely order more than 1 curry wurst, you won't regret it.

The sausage is flavorful on its own, and drowning it in ketchup does not make it better (1 star off) and the sprinkles of curry powder gets drowned in the ketchup making it obsolete too (1 star off). Vegan currywurst is an option, but I did not like it. There are a few high-top tables with standing room only, and customers are cordial in sharing the small space. They accept credit cards. I find the tacky murals featuring Cold War era politicians more entertaining than the currywurst.

So good and the service is fast and super friendly. When I travel I only bring one or two cards just in case. It was my first morning so I didn't have cash, my only card I had on me was AMEX. They do not accept that so to my embarrassment, I couldn't pay for my order, I explained that I have to go get cash or get another card at my hotel, they insisted that I take my order and eat and come back later. I was so taken aback. I ate and returned and they were surprised. Please support the business. You won't be disappointed and the line is super fast due to their efficiency. Delicious!

But each…read moretime we got a little more and more grossed out by the way the guy would have a smoke, handle money, then handle food, with no hand washing in between. We tried not to be so germ-a-phobic about this but then when we all got a really bad stomach bug after eating here and our daughter ended up in hospital (to be fair, it may not have been Oase that caused it but it is one of two possibilities) we just stopped going here altogether. UPDATE: We have tried almost every place nearby with good reviews and none have been as good as Oase. We decided to give them another chance and have noticed that they wash their hands before handling the food now.

Have you ever gone back to the hotel from a great night out, full of joy and good memories? And…read morethen you realize you didn't eat too much in between all those beers and drinks? You are hungry as a bricklayer at the end of a long shift. This is the situation I found myself in - at 2am, knowing nothing about locating edible stuff in Berlin at this time of night. Across the street was an all night kiosk, but the thought of eating candy or biscuits just didn't do it for me. And then it miraculously happened - around the corner came a beautiful girl, clearly enjoying her kebab. Sauce on her cheeks, happiness in her eyes, and oblivious to her surroundings. And I knew. I turned the corner and moved like a lion smelling meat - and found an oasis, named Oase. Full of people it was, full of choices and offering friendly and fast service. Mouthwatering I navigated through the questionnaire that eventually resulted in a great Kebab that I devoured while enjoying the lively place. Everything homemade, everything hot or cold as it should be. One of the tricks to make a good kebab is to alternate between content, e.g. a little salad, then a little meat, then a few tomatoes, then a little sauce, then salad again, then meat, etc. until it is full. That way, the taste is the same throughout the eating experience. Trick of the trade, but not everybody knows. Yes, you say, but you were hungry and drunk, so what good is that for a review? I agree. But I went back in the bright daylight and tasted another one, and it was just as awesome as the one I had the night before. Awesome luck for me, awesome food from Oase.

Everything in the platter was delicious, but the falafel in particular was out of this world!!! It was so different from the falafels I'm used to. It's crunchy on the outside. Locate the place and order the most recommended dish. Al-Andalos is located in the busy part of Neukölln, right on Sonnenallee. On a Saturday night at 10 p.m., it was full to the rim. No seats, stressed out staff, people fight for seats and the spot in the line to get the delicious food. We ordered the Al-Andalos platter for two (meat) for 11 EUR, which comes with an entire package of Arabic/Lebanese bread. We were barely able to finish the entire plate, there are many tasty things on this plate and even my companion that night, who is generally not so quickly to impress, admitted that it was probably the best he has eaten in a long time. Fresh, tasty, large portions and fair prices. Staff is super friendly and attentive! I think I will have to drive out to Neukölln more often!

We came here through word of mouth from a friend who lives in Berlin and we were quite pleased we did. The bite club is located in a graffiti filled area of Berlin and you have to walk through some warehouses to get to this place. The area was very hip and alternative and quite cool! When we first walked in they make your throw away your drinks so do not bring outside drinks here. The first thing we got was a couple of cocktails and OH MY they were amazing! I got a blackberry cocktail (do not ask me what was in it) and it was amazing. The lady making our drinks was a proper bartender and knew what she was doing. The drinks were delicious and strong. After that we were ready to explore the food trucks and there were SOO MANY! So make sure to come really hungry here you won't regret it. They have food trucks for all types of foods, like tacos, sandwiches, burgers, and other different cultural foods. We tried the spaetzel which was my favorite and a must-try! Other than that we just walked around and ate as much as we could, I tried the burger with the whiskey soaked bacon, the BLT sandwich with amazing sauces and the tacos and I was beyond full after it! I wish I would have tried everything. This place is outdoors and they have a lot of seating available. A MUST TRY experience! If I lived in Berlin I would go here all the time!

My boyfriend and I both ordered the Chicken Nori Tacos and the Seoul Fries. I think the nori tacos are a great concept. They're composed of two, maybe three sheets of nori (seaweed) with a layer of white rice, possibly mayo, cabbage, and grilled chicken. I wolfed them down quickly letting my hands get messy as any proud American would (Kein Gabel bitte!). The Seoul Fries were steak fries sprinkled with chili powder and served with soy sauce (to dip). I forgot how much I love steak fries. The chili powder was a nice touch but I lost a lot of it when I used my napkin to wipe off the excess salt. I had never thought to use soy sauce as a dip before because of the high sodium content but it's worth it! There is limited seating, which will probably be non-existent come winter but they do takeaway. The hut itself is super cute and built around a huge tree. We waited no more than ten minutes for our food. *One Week Later* I tried the Kimchi Fries and loved them. They're steak fries with kimchi (I have been missing some spice in Berlin) with chicken. They're simple in context but not simple in taste.
