Service is relaxed, meaning slow by American standards. You have to adjust your expectations of you are looking to just dine and dash. Our food orders came out in a reasonable amount of time and we did not feel rushed. Like most places in Portugal, we had multiple people waiting on us, in other words not one dedicated server. They were very friendly, attentive, and wanted to make sure we enjoyed everything. Just a couple tips. If you want outdoor seating, you must call for reservations.
