Came through here over lunch during the week since we had business in the area. This is located in a small plaza with other restaurants. We were seated immediately as we entered. The place was still empty. We were seated in a booth. Paper place setting, paper napkins, metal utensils, and glass cups. The menu is huge but the descriptions are good! Ordered the vegetable samosa for appetizer, it was very tasty! It had a nice heat to it, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our waiter brought out 3 different sauces - tamarind chutney, cilantro chutney, and spicy onion chutney (this was nice and chunky). I dipped my samosa in all three chutneys and mixed it around as well. I recommend mixing the tamarind and onion chutney - it will give you a tangy and spicy flavor mix! For our meal, we ordered butter chicken - medium, paneer tikka masala - medium, garlic naan and rice. For a medium heat, it was not spicy at all. I had to add the onion chutney to give it some heat. Next time I would order the hot. The curries were very milk/yogurt based. I was expecting a more depth flavor for the curries but was disappointed. The butter chicken was more flavorful but the chicken were shredded and seemed like just leftover scraps from a tandoori chicken meal. It needs more of the tomato flavor, IMO. The Paneer tikka masala was also very mild. The paneer was cut into thin triangles. I think it needed to soak in longer fie the flavor to soak in. The Gaelic naan gave the curry dishes more flavor. I patronized your restaurant twice, one was a take-out and another was dine-in. The take-out was good and the food was good too, for the dine-in, most aspects of the experience were good. Over the two instances, I tried your lamb samosas, chicken biryani, and chicken korma. Starting with the food, they were all served fresh and correctly (especially the take-out). The chicken biryani for dine-in was so fresh, I had to wait for it to cool down so I could eat it. The samosas were prepared very fresh, it seemed like they were made to order seeing how there were little frayed ends of the pastry. The pastry was crispy and the meat/insides were flavorful. I thought the cilantro sauce was good and the (red) onion/chutney was especially delicious. It was preparation I've never had before. The tamarind I thought was very thin, I normally experience a tamarind sauce that is a little thicker, like the consistency of how the cilantro sauce is. They were all very good. The chicken biryani was also very flavorful. The meat was prepared tenderly without drying it out, I suspect that thigh meat was used(?). There were a couple fatty and cartridge pieces, which breast meat normally doesn't have. The rice was also cooked well, light and tender. The chicken korma was definitely the best out of everything. If the biryani was a 7 (out of 10), the korma was a 9.5, it was very delicious. The masala had a nice creamy touch. I asked the dishes to be prepared traditionally spicy, but the server seemed hesitant as if I didn't know what I was asking for (oh yes, I did). They both came smoking hot (for spicy), I was not disappointed. The portion sizes were ok for the price. I tend to have some stinginess, but this was in a touristy place. The bathroom was modeled reasonably and was not in bad shape (the contrast between bathroom and dining room is a theme I often mention in my reviews). The service was very good. My server was attentive to me and the food was brought out in prompt order. The dining area was clean and orderly, but there is one aspect that I would highly recommend changing. Don't make your dining area an extra place for storing your boxes of beer/wine, or other items (and hiding them behind blinds). The "hiding" was not done well and it looks cheesy that the dining place is not strictly for dining (but storing your extra stuff that you probably don't have the room to put elsewhere). Sorry if the unit you have at that location is not designed to accommodate adequate storage, but you are where you are and you did choose to put those boxes within sight. Just calling it out.... Any rate, the downsides did not take away from the best parts, which was the food and service. So anyone who likes indian food would have a good experience here. I do recommend. read more

Delicious Indian cuisine! The hubby and I absolutely LOVE Indian food so wherever we go, we are always on the lookout for a good place to eat. This place was closed before (previously Indian Palace Restaurant). I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, unbutterred roti, lemonade. My husband ordered the Butter Chicken, and Paratha - both came with rice. We also ordered a Ras Malai for dessert. Everything was very very good. And the service was great too. OMG - this place is so good. It is a fusion of Indian and some Chinese dishes. They are located in a small shopping area next to Sea World. When we got there it was really busy but we were seated promptly. Food was fantastic. I couldn't stop eating my Paneer with spinach. Everything we ordered was good. My hubby loves the Chicken 65 - it was a bit spicy for me but super tasty. If you like Indian Spicy food this is the place. They can make things from mild to super spicy. What an awesome Indian restaurant and virtually in walking distance from the OCC. Well it took me 15-20 mins, but I was hungry. It is a spotless restaurant in a new or refinished strip mall. Even the bathroom was spotless. Importantly the waiters were fantastic, helpful and gave spot on suggestions. This is without a doubt the best service I've had in several Orlando trips. They served some chutney with some "chips". Nothing close to your Tex mex greasy things. More like pita bits. They came with three chutney flavors. The names of two escaped me. The red peppers started sweet and ended hot. The green veggie thing tasted like a fresh creamy garden. My favorite was the sweet, unique tamarind chutney. I started out with the veggie samosa and it began a great trend. Fresh, tasty and a wonderful flavor. The chutney went well with this too. I had the Khorma chicken. Wonderfully, perfectly cooked chicken in a savory onion sauce with almond slices and a few raisins. This over some pretty spectacular long-grained rice made me remember my Indian mother and her perfect home cooking. Then I took another sip of beer and remembered that my mom was born in Oklahoma and is the world's worse cook. Then again, we all think lovingly of our moms, so I took another bite. On recommendation of the waiter I added the cheesy nan. It was just out of this world. Melted cheesy almost caramelized into the bread. Wow, I entered another game level. Being so close to the attractions and being a long weekend...they should have had more staff. Wow this place is pure magic. We came here with a 5 yo kid that was refusing to eat anything on vacation, and the moment we opened the door she yelled " oh it smells so good, I want tikka masala".
