My dad purchased a 50inch plasma TV, Blue ray home theatre system and a stand.
he waited for almost 2 weeks for delivery, and apon delivery discovered the order for the tv stand had been cancelled by the store but it was paid already for!!!
the tv was damaged, he phoned currys and was told he had to go back to the store to sort this out,
he is not impressed at all!!!!!!!
they did not seem to care one bit about customer satisfaction!!!!!!
