The chilli paste is smothered on every inch of the bottom bun, so your tongue cannot escape the heat. It burns and after a while your taste buds become numb. The combination with sour cream should neutralise the heat but you need more sour cream and most probably some avocado for cooling. The sweet potato chips were more like skinned baked sweet potato and the rosemary and salt chips were okay. What made this a three stay experience was the sulky staff. They were extremely like they didn't want to be there and after a while I didn't want to be there either.
