'18, called up to see if and when we could bring it in for repairs. JMemployees told us to bring it right in and it would probably take a couple of weeks. Called in Sept. and was spoken to abruptly, called 2 weeks later, again same thing. Called in Oct. and was told they would call us. April 2019 still no call!!!! So, again we make another call....AND we are told.. "oh, I guess we should bring it in for repairs." So, does this mean that for all this time, JMemployees didn't bother to even look at our mower. Called beginning of May, and was told Monday, then Monday, was told Friday, then Friday was told ... and on and on. FINALLY, May 16th we were able to pick it up! Our $500 repair ended up being over $1400. And to add more salt to the wounds, NO JMemployee helped us(which was just our son) load the mower from the back of the yard, where it was blocked by several snowplows. And if JMemployees had put even just a drop of gas in the mower, maybe this would have been an easier task. When we were finally able to mow the deck fell off and the gas tank was not replaced, as we had thought, it was just a terrible caulking job. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We were very impressed with their showroom. After looking around, we decided to have an in-home consultation. We met with Jake at our house about a month later, and we were very impressed. We bought a stove, liner, and installation from them. As it turned out, Jake was the owner. I spoke with him in private about how impressed I was with his company thus far, as I own a small construction company in the Berkshires. He was up front with us about the installation being sometime in January. 2026. The installers came on time, and everyone was kind and courteous. There was a part for the surround on backorder, so we had to wait a few more weeks for them to finish the installation. When they came a few weeks later, the installer was Carl Celella. This guy was fantastic. He knew his stuff. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his cleanliness. He showed me how to use the stove correctly and clean the glass properly. I want to thank you for being a company that we can count on. If you are in the market for a stove or anything masonry, I highly recommend this company. We have also moved a few times, so besides it getting banged up and chipped, it had some water damage from overwatering my plant a few times :( My Mother-in-Law just sold her home and I acquired an OLD goat cart that belonged to my Father-in-Law. It was in good shape, but just had fallen all apart. It needed to be shored up and everything made strong again! They brought both pieces right back to life again. The small table is once again by my bedside in all of it's former glory and the goat cart is all ready to be hooked up to one of our dogs (kidding). I am looking forward to using it to display pumpkins and greenery for the Holidays! The fact that Amanda and Doug both picked up and dropped off the items was the icing on the cake!
