We had a very bad experience with CurveMakers. We ordered a custom arch from them. They took over a month longer than they initially estimated. It was missing pieces when it arrived and had none of the features we'd discussed. The portion we received was in fact arched, but without any of the decorative molding features we'd paid for. We had held up our project for them, and what we got was totally unusable. They seemed pleased to have taken our money but uninterested in making things right. After much back and forth with an unsympathetic customer guy, they eventually refunded just a portion of our money. In the end, we're out over $800 with zero to show for it.
If you're in the market for something like this, I strongly counsel against working with them. Here's a list of alternatives. We used the first one, which was far cheaper and far better, but I share my list in hopes that it might be of use to others, and serve to reward more honest businesspeople.
