He agreed to hold a rental until I contacted him with the news about entry. As it turned out, my buddy was allowed entrance to fish with us. I contacted Ed and let him know that we would not need the vehicle. it was no problem. I cancelled our reservation with no strings attached. No rental agencies at the airport would do this for us.
