Mike sent his drone and was able to capture flaws and include incredible images in the report depicting the defects. James was amazing working with me about... first doing the bare minimum to get it up to code and make it possible for us to work in there, for example 1 functioning light and 1 good outlet in every room, and... second, to make plans about coming back and continuing the work after I knew what I want to do with the building as far as what walls will still remain or be moved, where the appliances will be, stuff like that. He also did his best to reuse anything that was still there. He had to put in new breakers because the box was new. BUT, knowing that I sell on eBay he let me know that all the old breakers were valuable and I could easily sell them. The final price of phase 1 was significantly below the estimate which was a nice surprise! James was also wonderful about our irregular schedule. All of the crew were friendly and fabulous. I am 100% happy and confident to have Worry Free back when we move on to phase 2.
