Horrible buisness, tried using them years ago and was having quality issues and missing parts, always took 1-2 months longer than the original time frame i was told, prices kept ending up more than the original quote was. I stopped using them for years then tried going back hoping something changed, naturally it didnt and i kept having consistent issues with the quality which they wont stand behind and will make endless excuses for, the prices are outrageous compared to other powder shops, the time lines are extremley long and always double or triple what the original time frame they tell you it will be. And every time ive used them there has been flaws in the powder that they still let leave their shop and then will act like youre the bad guy when you want it corrected. Horrible morals and integrity from this buisness HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT USING THEM! read more

Horrible business. Cant even give you a price in person. Owner says his wife has to give the price when she can see it of course shes never around. Also they told me it would be done mid week so I waited. Call back middle of the week on Wednesday and they say itll be done the end of the week so I wait more. Call back at the end of the week on Saturday and now saying itll be next week. Voice my frustration and the owner hangs up on me and now wont answer my calls. Go elsewhere! read more

=* Shop does not do their own estimates, leaving it to owner's wife who wasn't there, delaying estimate by 2 days ==* Estimate was with a range, not specific. Final job was higher than lower estimate ==* After picking up finished products, it was discovered they had coated plastic parts which melted...and they had been told would not need to be coated. My request was to have them media blasted and painted only, not powder coated ==* When trying to return to shop to give them a chance to see the mistake/error and discuss additional costs due to my having to purchase new pieces, owner went off on me and not only became belligerent, but swore at me. Not acknowledging the fact they had not written down instructions/requests we had discussed when I dropped off the items. ** I would not be able to recommend this shop, nor would I use them again. read more

I've been going here for all of my powder coating work for 8-years. Most of my stuff is for off-road automotive applications, so it needs to be durable, and it has held up extremely well!!! From shock springs to light bars, frame parts, alternator brackets, interior panels, etc etc. Eric & Julie are great to work with! I'll be headed back again this week!! read more
