Unless you are an A or MAYBE a B cup, you will not find a bathing suit here to fit you. It might have been better if the sales girl had of at least said "Hi!" but for the 15 minutes we were in there she just stood at the counter aimlessly looking around a pouting.

She spent an hour with me suggesting I "try everything til we find what works." She gave great advice- "just be patient and don't get frustrated". The men's selection is scarce, as in only one little section. Only half a dozen or so T-shirts, and 6 board shorts, but they did have a whole section for banana hammocks and tiny shorts that wouldn't cover my ass! The board shorts, which i did purchase, were quite nice, but way over priced. who would have thought swim trunks would ever cost $70? That is ridiculous! Also, if a pair of pants don't fit correctly, they offer complementary hemming (if you purchase something before 3:00 P.M., it's ready the same day - otherwise, the next day). Clothes feel great, look great, and most importantly, the associates genuinely care about helping you. That's probably why the store is usually very busy.

The items I wanted, I got them, but you don't go to super store, and the cashier or assistant doesn't take the items out of your hands and put them at the counter when you are still busy shopping? no they don't, so why does these assistants do that? total amount was $218 for a 9 min shopping experience, it wasn't about the money, but you want to enjoy the experience of retail therapy, and this was not great. if you don't want customer to see, feel, and roam the store, then you should only have an online store!

The customer service team is made up of mostly teenagers (17-19 years old) who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and are quite knowledgeable on store products. They opened the fitting room for my sister and five minutes before the store was closing they started harassing my sister and parents to leave the store because it was closing. We were not planning on staying longer than the closing time but they were kind of making us feel super bad and made us walk all around on the outside of the mall to our car. The old lady was especially rude and I would even go to say they were both racist. Kept repeating the mall is closed like we didn't understand English. Super disappointed and never shopping at the Mic Mac Hudson Bay because of this experience.

What a better way to start our visit. The store has lots of adorable corsets, nighties and other sexy bedroom apparel. They also carry toys, lube (which almost all are cruelty-free and vegan brands) and other fun stuff. The woman working, who I believe was the owner, was super sweet and helpful.
