Highly recommend you do that so you get in and out quickly. Business is good and although walk-ins welcome do yourself a favor and schedule a time window. My suits and a blazer that I bough years ago were turned around in 4 days. That's prompt service, considering my sports jacket needed to be sized down a bit. Loved the service so much came back for two more blazers (velvet blazer and silk blend blazer). Both are size 54R and I now wear 48R. That's a lot for tailoring done right. Ramy is a super sweet, professional tailor with very reasonable prices. When I met him I was super comfortable with his approach and he is not at all pushy or condescending as some wedding tailors are. I was extremely well-pleased with his attention to detail, timeliness, and quality work on my heirloom silk qi pao and wedding dress needing minimal alterations (just a hemming and bustle added). I noticed a small dark mark (looked like adhesive residue) on the qi pao after alterations and he immediately offered to dry clean it free of charge without any questions asked. They also did a free steam of my wedding dress and also for my veil after the wedding. The only thing I'll mention is that my wedding dress was returned with a different garment bag after dry cleaning (after the wedding) that wasn't mine. Honestly, nbd. I absolutely love this place. I had 3 wedding dresses altered as well as 2 pairs of pants hemmed. My husband also had his suit altered here. My bridesmaids had their dresses altered (shortened and even opened up to a slightly larger size) here, too. Ramy is so knowledgeable, quick and his prices are reasonable. Many tailors did not want to shorten my shoulders on my tailored blazer but when I called custom cuts they not only was able to do it but it would be ready in two days and at a reasonable price. I will take all of my alterations to them in the future. They did a wonderful job. read more

I had a few items I needed dry cleaned and a dress that needed to be altered so I decided to check this spot out. When I came in Ramy was super friendly and personable and I immediately knew I found the right place. I expressed my concerns with the dress and he assured me he would be able to take care of it. The turnaround time for all my garments was perfect timing! When I picked up my items he showed me exactly what was done and I was so happy with the results. On 4/12/2023 as soon as I walked in I received a warm welcome and asked how they can help me. The man who helped me was kind, patient, honest, and friendly. He informed me my dress would new ready next week but I informed him I needed it before Saturday for my friend's wedding. The cost for hemming was more(completely understandable since it was my fault for waiting to get my dress hemmed). Don't forget the high heels or do you often wear them with the dress for the people getting their dresses hemmed? However, their price for hemming service appears to be very reasonable and affordable (I could have saved myself some money if I didn't wait until the last minute; don't be a procrastinator like me). I highly suggest you all don't wait until the last minute and give yourself ample time, at least 1-2 weeks before the event you need it for to avoid paying more and the stress since they are busy, especially this time around with proms, graduations, etc. The place was so clean, sterile, and organized. Where do I start. Ramy had me at "Hello". Haha! He was so warm and personable as soon as I walked in with a prom dress that needed a lot of work. Three layers of at least a foot of dress to hem up, and let out the waist a little, under boning & embellishments. I know how much a big named bridal studio quoted me for the alterations so I wasn't very optimistic about getting a better quote. Boy was I blown away! Ramy looked at the dress, started calculating the cost & gave me a quote that was 1/3 of what that big bridal store quoted me. PLUS he would have it done in less than a week! The other place was going to charge me a rush fee even though I didn't need it for 3.5 weeks. Not only was Ramy super personable, like we've been friends for years, but he knew exactly what needed to be done, and explained what he was going to do AND have it done quickly too. So I picked up the dress on the promised day, again... in less than a week... & it was perfect. My daughter was thrilled & was ecstatic seeing the finished product on. They are absolutely AMAZING!! I went here to get a dress fixed for a wedding and also went there to get my maid of honor's dress and my husband's tux altered for our wedding. For my MOH's dress, they were able to really make the alterations that we requested (remove the straps, make it tighter, add a slit). It was a difficult dress for them to alter!!
