The owner keeps trying to get me to let shops he won't tell me the names of top paint a powder coated bed cap frame that his team damaged while overusing a power washer. That's interesting, because all the marketing information shows "hand washing only". They're not honest, and they're not responsible. Do you really want to take your expensive car to someone who is this lacking in accountability/responsibility? Think about it... Now, i have to fix this right myself. Jeremy was not with the crew that he sent out to wash both our cars. Apparently, they were not trained on how to safely wash a fabric convertible top. They ruined our top on our very well-maintained BMW with a pressure washer that was directed too close and too directly. The pressure washer was used so extensively that the conditioning of the top was removed and the worst areas had a channel of the fabric damaged. After repeated tries to contact Jeremy, all we got were excuses and "no-shows" and he never came back to personally inspect the damage, nor try to fix/condition the top. We hired Custom Elite to hand wash our fifth wheel RV a few weeks ago. The end result was a poor appearance where sections were missed or not rinsed properly. Yesterday I noticed that the upper weather seal on one of the slides was missing. I found it laid up against the outer wall of the slide lip. The seal was there when the wash crew arrived. The slide had not been operated nor had anyone accessed the roof since. I called Jeremy and left a voicemail but the call was not returned. I called again this morning and spoke to Jeremy about the problem. Jeremy was very defensive and refused to accept any responsibility. He stated that his crew would not have done that and he had never had that problem before. He said he would call the crewmember and see if he had any more information, and that he would call me back. There has been no callback. The seal is rubber and it is attached by glue to the body of the RV. It prevents rain and debris from entering the trailer. It is a critical component of the trailer weatherproofing. If indeed the crew did not damage the RV and the weather seal was already laid out on the slide roof then the crew had a responsibility to inform the customer of the problem. I asked the lead crewmember if everything looked ok on the roof and was told that everything was fine. My intent was to ask Jeremy to send someone out to reattach the weather seal. That appears to be out of the question, and I am deeply disappointed in the quality and ethics of Custom Elite Detail. I will not use their services and my advice to others is to look elsewhere also. read more

These guys came out last minute and on Christmas Eve to come and fix the damage done by a previous "professional" mobile detailer. Jeremy and his team did an exceptional job making my car look and feel brand new again! Highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for quality service from some really awesome people read more

I spent 2 weeks looking for someone that can do a full detail at a far price. I can across Custom Elite and after reading some of the reviews I figured I would give them a try.. I was aware for the negative reviews but against my better judgment I called and made an appointment. The appointment was set for 9am Thursday, they showed up around 1030 am (late) so after giving me a prince and a guaranteed 100% satisfaction I let them wash and full detail the car. So after they were done I noticed they failed to clean the front bumper of all the bug mess and I'm pretty sure no wax was used . The back door jam was dirty they did do a great job vacuuming. I spoke to the owner before paying the bill and explained what my issues were with the job preformed. He apologized many promise to make it right and if he could come by Friday and make it right . Fridays came . Friday came and later that evening he finally texted back and ask to reschedule for Saturday, I agreed. Saturday can and left no call no show, so for 6 days I tried calling and all calls went unanswered. So after spending 216 dollars for a piss poor job I had to do what I should of done and do it my self. Find a kid down the street to was your car before calling this guy.. read more

Be very very careful using this company. They came out, gave us an estimate, started working and then came back and said it was going to be $400 more then the estimate....WHAT??? They had already done part of the RV. After agreeing to do it for the original estimate....they left to go get more supplies and NEVER CAME BACK. After hours of trying to get a hold of the owner we finally got a hold of him by calling from a different number. He said the guy had an emergency but would be back at 8AM the next morning. Then the next morning the guy still was not able to make it or anyone else. Said we will get to you this week. WHAT?? We had a partially waxed RV and no clue if they were coming back. Had to call another service. Think long and hard before using this company...do not trust the estimate and be ready for an up charge after they started and you are in a situation to have to say yes. Horrible and unethical. I really hope it is true about the emergency or that is very bad karma. read more
