I was quoted a price which I agreed with so we got started. They told me when they would be here and what time. They were always on time or early. When they started work, they didn't delay or slow down. The crew was very hard working and it was coordinated chaos. They each knew what they had to do and they did it. No goofing off. I was amazed at how hard they all worked. My block wall was completed in 8 days and I was completely satisfied and happy with the results. Communications were frequent and I was always kept up to date with the schedule. I paid agreed upon amounts as inspectors approved each phase.
