On May 7, 2017, Mr. Timothy Williams and Ms. Jennifer Williams contracted with me to construct a monument/headstone for my mother's grave. The monument was never built. This couple has fraudulently taken my money and, apparently, never intended to honor the contract. My family and I feel personally molested, by the Williams', during our great loss, and time of grief. Though I have spent much time, and additional money, to get this couple to honor the contract, they have continued to perpetuate their fraudulent behavior. Please, NEVER trust these people! Also, I beg you to NEVER trust any of the other owners or operators of Custom Monuments, 1425 Highway 1 North, in Greenville, Mississippi 38703. I have approached the other owners, Mr. Moses Williams and Ms. Catherine Williams, about returning my money. They have not done so. They, too, are responsible and complicit in the continuation of this fraudulent business enterprise. A one star rating is too good for this business. A rating of zero would be most appropriate. read more
