Small, text only design on front, 1" small one color (white) design on back. The gal was "helpful", but not overly nice. And she quoted me $20/shirt!!!!! LOL. $20 dollars each shirt when I order 500? You're asking for $17 over the tshirt cost to print one color and small?? That is a typical price for say, and order of ONE tshirt. But to quote me that for an order of 500 is insane. I left and called several other SMALL non chain businesses and received quotes for the exact same order at half that. On even better quality t-shirts. You'll be out of business in no time.

Not only was it difficult to understand her, or took her a long time to give me answers on colors of thread and shirts she kept going in the back to check. Once I arrived I told her the person that is 85 doesn't wear short sleeves her attitude quickly changed, she became rude and abrupt and showed me some other items. I was nice and just told her I didn't see anything the person I was getting would wear here so I asked if I bought a shirt somewhere else if I could bring pay her to embroider it she responded a sharp "NO" then disappeared in the back. I left and decided that with her attitude, and unprofessional behavior she clearly didn't want or need my business. Costumer service is a big deal to me and this place definitely doesn't have any kind of positive customer service. You don't like the selection of items or have questions expect to be treated poorly.
