Sam is awesome! I used his services 2 years ago for my sons first birthday party, they were so cute!!! I still wear the shirts two years later and they are still in great shape the printing will never come off by the looks of it haha. My company put me in charge of getting custom company shirts for our event and they turned out soooooooo nice, not only that we did this last minute he had them ready for pick up the NEXT MORNING, and it was an order for our entire office. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Rude and unprofessional staff. Guy tells me no one is dying for your business. Apparently he likes saying this because I read in another review he told a guy this. I came too you for customizing shirts and you gonna give attitude. This AK thinks he is some hot shot. The guy doesn't even speak proper English and wants to give attitude to customers. The prices are high and not worth it. On Main Street many other vendors you can find who are cheaper. I don't recommend this place or his other kiosk locations. Piece of advice respect every customer who comes your way, don't give them a hard time if they don't like your prices. No one is dying for your customer service. Do yourself a favor and go find another much more experienced and professional store and NOT a kiosk! read more

FRAUD. I requested quote and went to their address and the address said they closed down years ago. I gave the owner my phone number on the yelp messages quote to talk more about my needs and he called me several times with different phone numbers and changed his name each time he called. Super pushy and rude and when I said I was busy and would call back when I decided if I would order my shirts with him he rudely said "I need to know if you want shirts or not". And when I didn't answer my phone the first time he called again right after. read more

I never used foul language on the phone and only answered one of the many calls that were made. This is further proof of this businesses lack of customer service and understanding of people's personal space. Instead of apologizing they write lies about someone who was only trying use there services to have a shirt made. Never use this place Yelpers or if you do beware of this behavior. Consistently late delivery (website promises 14 days, it usually 3-4 weeks.) For the latest order I can't even get them to return emails or phones calls (order was due nearly 2 weeks ago.) Very frustrating when they have taken your money to just be left with a black hole with no response to any communication. read more

We needed (2) shirts, at the mall "Sticker World" (by sees candie) was the first T shirt printing we saw, he said the sizing was 8x8 (small) not the usual size we normally get BUT we needed them quickly. The guy didn't center it (so lop sided and on the side - crooked ), so we had "Customized Tees" (by papaya towards Pac Sun and Hollister) added some designs and fixed the shirts. He was so nice and affordable and made sure to do it quickly and CORRECTLY! Best service! read more

I needed some shirts as gifts and I was very upset that my shirts were not made properly, even after I went to him on three separate occasions. The lack of professionalism did not help his case. He constantly asked and called me for more time even though I asked for them well in advance and needed them by a specific time since I was leaving out of town. One of my shirts was made upside down another had burn marks, while yet another wasn't printed flatly and was printed with bumps and crinkles. He never responded when I said my shirts were wrong, and you can be sure I will never be using this place again. Not worth the hassle, the time, or the money to go here. read more

The guy was nice and we made a good deal on the 100+ shirts I needed for a school event. Everything was good until I received the shirts. First off, I never received a sample of what the shirt would look like when finished with the design, he messed up my design on all of the t-shirts, tried adding more to the price that was already agreed on before, he called multiple times to the financial services office at the school even though he was told not to call them anymore and to only speak with me, he would constantly text me about his check knowing I had already updated him on the process it was taking, he wasted my time of meeting at a place on campus so I could give him the check personally and didn't tell me he was going to be 30min late until I was already there to meet him all while knowing I was on a time crunch since I was at work(plus it was 108 degrees outside and I had to walk across campus). I understand he wanted his money but there is no need for constant harassment after I have already updated him of when he would get his check. I DO NOT recommend him for any other school organization/club. Worst service I have ever had to deal with when doing business with any type of vendor. I only paid the same price we agreed on because I wanted him out of my hair even though he didn't do the job the way I wanted it and still expected full payment when he didn't deserve it. read more
