As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. Later, I found out my parents (who are in their 90's) were paying $90/mo to have their lawn fertilizer and rock bed weeds killed. I discontinued their weed service. Green 365 were billing my parents for fertilizing monthly by mail, which they were paying. One day they decided to send me their monthly bill by email without telling me or my parents. I opened one of the emails and noticed that they were two months behind on payments and started charging them a $15 late fee. I called Jaye at Green 365, canceled their service, because he was very rude and told me it wasn't his problem. I told them I wasn't paying the $15 late fee because they never contacted me or my parents about the change on billing. They have been billing my parents (92 & 94 years old) who both have memory loss. They have been adding $15 late fee for the past year. My parents just received a bill and was totally upset. Not impressed with this person/company at all. I wonder how many other people they are taking advantage of.
