The door has honestly never moved this quietly before. The best part was that he completed everything in about 25 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Today I texted because my door would get about 6 inches from closing and then reopen on its own. He responded immediately and was at my house in about 20 minutes. His work or task was never rushed, took the time to talk about soccer etc. Unlike many companies that insisted on coming out just to give an estimate hoping to make the sale, EJ gave me a quote over the phone based on the details I provided. I already knew my garage door springs needed replacing, and he didn't try to upsell me. His price was less than half of the estimates I received from the large companies. He had high-cycle springs in stock, which I specifically wanted to avoid replacing them again in just a few years. Most other companies told me those would have to be special ordered. He also provided a 10-year warranty, adjusted the garage door, and showed me how to lubricate it properly. I'd definitely call EJ again and highly recommend him and will call on him again when needed. His service territory includes La Vernia for no additional trip charges.
