I ordered cookies for my mother's 70th birthday, they were all packaged perfectly and not one was broken! Everyone loved their cookies, I would recommend t and would definitely use cutesy cookies again for future celebrations!

If I can give this place a zero stars I would! The girls in the front is very nice but who ever answers the phone sounds very rude and rushes you off the phone! Cookies are hard as a rock colors dye your mouth. Very over priced, clean place but looked very cluttered when I walked in! My daughter went for a class trip and the teachers told me that the two girls working the party was very helpful they helped the kids and everything but the one owner girl tall she was nasty to the girls and making comments to her workers about them! Terrible place read more

Surprised that this bakery doesn't have more reviews! It is the only place that i go to to order cookies for events! Great customer service and the cookies always turn out beautiful + delicious. Whenever i need customization, they always adhere to the photos that i send to them and the colors/fonts that i request. They are also 100% nut free for those who have nut allergies. Super affordable as well. Usually a dozen cookies for just $50 or less, and they always give a few extra. I will continue to support this business for all future big occasions read more

From the moment I walked into this place I was in love. The smell of the cookies baking does something to you and brings out your inner fat kid.. My daughter wanted a slime birthday party and we thought these cookies would make a great party favor. They did not disappoint. They were beautifully made and extremely delicious. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating. I wish I could eat these cookies all day!!! Great job guys thank you for making my daughters bday extra special. read more

Had a very nice 11th birthday party. I've never seen a more caring bunch of kids (I consider the young helpers that run the parties kids lol) my son got sick & the young lady came out to see if he was ok & encouraged him to rejoin the party. When we walked in the girls that worked there remarked " here we go". My 80 year old mom works in a school and wanted to buy cookies for the graduating class. They couldn't be bothered. The cutest cookies are the rudest cookies. Good luck to them. read more

This place has always had delicious cookies but they have opened a party place, all good reviews! The owner Jerry was on top of every detail, I couldn't thank him enough for his hospitality. Jerry's staff was attentive to the kids and the parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our daughter's party! The kids made their own pizza and each child decorated 6 cookies, they enjoyed and we did too. Highly recommend for a kids party! read more

I've been using Cutest Cookies since they were in a Carvel Ice cream shop about 10 years and they are consistently delicious. If you love linzer tarts they have the best. The cookies are always fresh are beautifully decorated. They have so many different styles and colors to chose from and you can get whatever you want! There newest location is so nice and nownthey have cookie decorating classes for all ages. read more

I ordered a dozen cookies online with very short notice. I emailed to confirm that they would be able to complete my order in time, and received a response promptly. The cookies arrived quickly and came very well packaged. There were even a few extra cookies in the box, which was great because I got to sample one! My first purchase with Cutest Cookies will not be bringing me back anytime soon. I placed my order online a month in advance. Spoke to the owner to reconfirm the order and pick up date. She seemed very distracted but nonetheless, its a busy season. I pick up the order at the Staten Island Mall on the date agreed only to find 3/4 of my order were available. A sales rep was there to text the owner of the incomplete order. Finally replies with suggestions of a refund or help yourself to any cookies on display to complete the order. Quite frankly, these suggestions were not acceptable because I needed the cookies I ordered as favors for my guests. We agreed on a new date to pick up the rest of the order which I did. I was met by someone that provided me with the rest of the cookies with no apology for the mistake and brushed off because they were very busy. Where is the common courtesy and professionalism when a business makes a mistake as such. I was very disappointed. No customer service points on my behalf and no return business either. I will say, cookies were beautiful and delicious but first time impressions are a big plus! read more

I was invited to a party at the cutest cookies this Saturday, it was my second time there. I live in the area and thought this is a cute place for my daughter to go to or maybe even host a birthday party for her next birthday. Until the owner went on a rant to another guest about how he hates Brooklyn because there are so many Russian people there and how he hates Russian people even more than the Chinese. Yes I heard him loud and clear and he continued to say so much more that I chose to walk away. I am Russian and most of the things he said were not true about me or my family. It sickens me to think that an adult and a business owner would think its appropriate to speak like this in his place of business in front of random strangers. Also that one day my daughter will be old enough to understand what he is talking about and having to explain to her how ignorant and racist some people are. I hope as he reads this he feels like an idiot and thinks before he speaks next time. read more

Ordered over 5 dozen cookies to have shipped to me for favors. Although the shipment was very well wrapped with bubble wrap and peanuts, one box looked like UPS used it as a baseball. Naturally, I had several broken cookies in that box even with the extras that were sent. I emailed Christine that night and she sent me replacements the following day overnight. While they weren't the same design they worked out just fine. The cookies tasted great and everyone enjoyed them as favors. This is the 3rd time I have had/used them and will continue to do so in the future. read more

I wanted an image put on top of the cake. There was no way to tell how this image would look on the cake because the store isn't equipped with the kind of technology that can drop and drag a photo so that you can see what it would look like on the square cake. I was very apprehensive Anna Constantly told me to trust her trust her trust her. I kept telling her that I need for her to understand what I want, it seemed to me that she was yessing me to death. And I kind of felt rushed and pressured into placing the order. And reluctantly, I did place the order but 24 hours later I changed my mind and I realized that she had no clue as to what I wanted. I didn't feel confident that she was going to make the cake the way that I wanted it and I know that I'm in my timeframe to cancel since there was three weeks to go before I needed the cake. Upon arriving to the store to cancel the cake, I was taken by surprise by Anna and her other colleagues that they did not know how to process a refund you would think you simply hand your debit card over and they reverse the transaction, but this was much too complicated for anyone inside of cold Stone creamery to even comprehend how it was done. My refund of $111.14 had to go to the corporate office, I asked Anna to give me a receipt, some sort of trust and faith that we mutually understood one another that my $111.14 refund was indeed coming back to me. She offered me no receipt she offered me no confidence whatsoever Ave other than her word alone that I will be getting a refund she told me to trust her. So 3 weeks later today is January 23, 2026. I still have not received my refund. When I called the store any one of the employees tell me that they are not educated or understand understand the refund process. So therefore I'm still waiting for my refund of $111.14 which I believe I am never going to receive. I feel cheated. I feel robbed. I will never trust this ice cream shop ever again. I am very disappointed in this whole entire process. I have never experienced something like this before and I think other people should also be warned when you shop in cold Stone creamery. They may or may not understand what you want and when you decide, you don't want the product because you don't feel confident that they could actually make what you want I think they get insulted and they try to give you a hard time to prevent you from taking your money back. I am going to fight with these people every single day until I get my money back.

We tried a variety of carrot cake, brownies/blondies, lemon filled Italian cookies, iced cheesecake squares, red velvet cupcake, and chocolate bars, and others. She stated that she "wasn't sure we still wanted the cake" and now she's "too busy". Leaving us 3 weeks to scramble for a cake. And not able to get the actual cake we wanted due to time constraints.
