The coloring process was rough. I felt like I was hanging on to stay in my chair as she pulled color through my hair. She had a pile of hair that she had already pulled out while she combed through after putting the dye in. The styling process was pretty rough as well. Her brushes scratched my head to the point my eyes were watering. I have never had a problem with brushes or getting my hair pulled. I've always thought I had a pretty tough scalp. Once my hair had been dried, the overall color looked really nice. I didn't feel as she listened to what I actually wanted, though. It was a nice color, but not what I asked for. I also had a pretty sore scalp for about a week after services. I didn't use any bleach or lightener, so it was all from the rough treatment.
