Ahhhh, Washington coffee is the best in the world and Cutters Point proves it. I ordered the largest size of toffee macchiato that they offered, with caramel cold foam and whipped cream on top. Leave me alone, I'm on vacation! My friend ordered a chocolatey blended drink which tasted like grown up Cocoa Puffs. We also wanted something to nibble on, but the choices were slim since it was so close to closing time. Emily, our barista extraordinaire, told us they had two lemon raspberry scones left, which worked out perfectly for the two of us. The scone was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect marriage of lemon and raspberry, lovingly topped with a drizzle of icing. Great alternative to the green mermaid. Cutters point recently opened in a drive thru on Bridgeport in Lakewood. I love the salted caramel latte it is wonderful. Better yet the service is great. They seem to take pride in remembering my drink, in fact the barista apologized because she didn't remember my entire order. I have never liked coffee, and this place turned me FOR GOOD. I go almost every single day, and they learned my order the second time I visited. The employees are exceptionally nice - I was on speakerphone with my sister once when I pulled up, and she commented later how kind they sounded when we chatted after my order. Their prices are excellent, they have military discount, and they always give us a treat when we bring our pup along. As someone who deals with chronic fatigue and pain from several issues, Cutters Point is the one true thing that eases my fatigue and gives me the shot for my day to pick me up and motivate me. I tried their Whiskey Caramel Machiatto at their other location in Lacey and was hoping this location had it as well. Yes they did! Ordered two. One for myself and one for my mother in law. It was my mother in laws first Whiskey Caramel Machiatto and right away she said it was really good. The baristas here are also very nice and try to make a conversation with you which is also a plus. I work next to this place and have never had a bad experience. The only compliant I have is that their rewards system is much to be desired and not worth it. My work will order coffees for our teams and the other day I put 20 coffees which came out to about 95$ on their app you still don't qualify for a reward. Other than that, they are my go to place and the ladies who work there are amazing. They do not (as far as I know) have a number to call which I think would be helpful for large orders in the future. read more

My wife and I have been to this location as well as the 6th Ave location several times. The baristas are always fun and in a good mood and the drinks we order have always been made correctly. Unfortunately for us though, the last time we visited the Bridgeport location they were out a one syrup flavor that was needed for our drink. The barista, Alexes, was extremely apologetic and told us she would make it right next time. That next time was this morning, and Alexes happened to be my barista again. She let me know they had all the ingredients for the drink we frequently order, the Red Bull Mimosa and she definitely delivered on here previous promise. If you are looking for a great place to get a coffee during the day and haven't tried Cutters Point out, I would definitely recommend you stop by and try something. I love this drive-thru. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. When we first started going, they helped us pick a drink after telling them we just wanted something iced and with caramel. And I love places that offer almond milk instead of just coconut milk or soy milk. We went back today to buy one of their thermal bottles since my sister is flying back home and they were so excited to help us pick one out. The barista comped our coffee since we got a thermal bottle, but they really didn't have to do that. It showed how much they appreciate customers who support them. read more

So I've been to this location three times and am pleasantly pleased and happy that cutters point is closer and just as good as the Tacoma 6th ave. location. This is a pit stop location unlike the 6th ave one and the coffee is exquisite! I highly recommend this for the everyday on the go person (it's quick & the people working there are very kind)! Granted, when I dropped the F bomb out of total and utter disbelief, the owners daughter got offended and basically told me too bad. This little coffee shop is close to where I work so I have gotten coffee here a few times. This LAST time was a nightmare though. So I order their 20oz toffee caramel latte hot. I ask how many pumps of each go there and the lady tells me 4!! So for for each? 8 pumps? Holy moly! That sounds like a whole lot. I ask she only does 2 of the caramel and the 4 of the toffee. She does and I go my way. On tasting my latte I realize it is practically impossible to drink it because it is super super sweet. I knew it!! Urrghhh I make my way back to the store and ask for them to remake the latte and use only 2 pumps of each this time for a total of 4. She says ok. Then she says "that will be $6+" and am like no... I have not drunk my coffee I even opened it so she could see it was still full. She said she couldn't take the coffee back because of COVID, hence why she has to charge me again for remaking my coffee. I couldn't spend $12 + on coffee in one day so I left with no coffee and with $6+ less. I will stick to Starbucks because I know they will remake my coffee if they mess up or if my taste buds don't like their flavors. DONT GET YOUR COFFEE HERE. read more
