His problem-solving skills are beyond commendable, swiftly addressing even the most minor of challenges that arose along the way. Moreover, the crew of workers he brought into our loft were not only skilled professionals but extremely courteous and respectful. I want to also call out WAD Designs, who handle our kitchen design. Isabel and her team walked us through lighting, color and style, and choosing appliances. We had no clue what we were doing--we didn't even know how to choose the right materials--but with the combined efforts of both Alejandro and Isabel, they taught us everything we needed to know. No question was too ridiculous to ask, and I am walking away from this renovation with a whole set of new knowledge. I did not work with this company but I did get a consultation. The person I spoke with, Mark, was pretty dismissive and said he normally works on bigger gut renovations. Did not give me any pricing and said "no guarantees on if replacing a countertop would work". I inquired about gut Reno bathroom, updating a kitchen counter top and bedroom walk in closet. If you have a smaller project this place isn't interested. I do appreciate the honesty though! Very responsive and straight to the point. Just snobby. read more
