I did a yelp search for window tinting and came across these guys. Originally I was going to go with Reno Auto Sound, but a) they had bad reviews and b) when I called they were really rude. Anyhow I was in a bit of a hurry to get my windows tinted because I was driving around in a fish bowl. The sun really bothered my kids' eyes. Plus I didn't like the fact I could never leave anything in my car without risking someone seeing it and breaking in. When I called, they got me in the same day. Excellent customer service! My boys and I watched Netflix in their waiting room while they were working and my older son helped himself to a complimentary soda from the mini fridge. I got a 35% in the front because that's as dark as you can legally go and in the back I got 15%. I also added a 5% strip on the windshield for an additional $20. So all in all my total came out to $200 even because I also added the lifetime warranty for $20. Not bad at all! My car looks like a totally new car :) If you're in the market to have your windows tinted, I highly suggest these guys. They do home and business windows too! read more

I've had work done at this establishment in the past on a previous vehicle I purchased from Reno Toyota and they did an outstanding job. So, as a repeat customer, I decided to take it to them again for a Benz I bought recently. The staff was incredibly accommodating when I needed to reschedule an appointment from one time to another. The office is clean and inviting. There is a super quiet and comfortable waiting room just to the right with free sodas in a small refrigerator. They review all the different types of tint with you and are very thorough about it. The pricing is fair and they back their work. Wanted to update my review here for Cutting Edge Window Tinting. I stopped in to see Greg the owner to talk about getting a nice autostart installed. After he showed me the new models he had just gotten in and I also asked about having some more tint done. I asked what would be the soonest he would be able to get my Denali in. I had stopped on last Thursday and he was able to do it Monday. Here is where the service goes above and beyond. I asked if he wouldn't mind grabbing the truck from my wife as she works close by. Greg had absolutely no problem picking it up and dropping it back off. Monday came and at 10am he picked it up and by 1 pm he had not only had installed my new alarm/autostart but also had tinted the back half of the truck too. His crew get in and do a clean and fast job. Perfect tint, and the system he installed flawless. Upon dropping the truck off he explained how the system worked and demoed to my wife. When I got home and seen the truck it was clean without a bunch of pieces of wire or electrical connectors on the floor like most shops leave behind. Everything looked as if nothing had been touched. My husband and I dropped off our "new to us" 1995 ford bronco for window tinting. This is my dream car and we are updating and modifying it to make it even more perfect. We chose this company due to a personal referral and the positive online reviews. When we got the bronco home after the tint job we found the rear panel on the tail gate had obviously been removed (and not replaced) for them to work on that window, the window did not go down and the door handle was broken. I called the owner who first tapped dance around it being their fault due to the age of the vehicle, then finally asked we bring it in to look at. We realize it's older and things go wrong, however it all worked when we took it in and the panel was on. He basically said he didn't believe any of it was their fault, however he offered us a refund in exchange for us agreeing to take on any additional costs to repair it. We felt this was fair and inquired about having them put remote starts in our Ram and Charger (would have been twice the cost of tinting). We decided to wait to schedule until we knew what was going on with the bronco. We took it to our mechanic and they felt it absolutely was the fault of the tint shop. There were parts that were bent which could not have been like that previously and still functioned. It has been a pain to have repaired and the costs of the repair is greater than the refund we received (which we excepted that responsibility). I would never have left a review had I not found out he later texted the person who referred us complaining about us and the POS we brought to him. This lack of professionalism is appauling. We will take the rest of our business else where. read more

I have had 3 vehicles done here. They are always quick and do great work. Normally I am able to drop my vehicle off and come back to get it within a couple hours. Had bad tint remove from two of my vehicles and had them do it right. Have had the product installed for a couple years and there I had been no issue, but if their was, they warranty all of their work. The do remote car starts too. Just got my windows tinted at Cutting Edge Window Tinting. I made the appt and got in within 2 days. When I walked in I met with Bri, the super friendly & professional gal at the front desk. She explained the types of tint and showed me a few examples on cars that were outside. I've had my car a couple years and I really wanted them tinted for the comfort as well as the look. The leather seats were getting so hot without tinted windows and more importantly, my pup, Sulley, didn't like entering the extra hot car after time at the dog park. The poor guy would shove his face in the a/c vent in the back seat. I decided to go with the ceramic tint as it blocks over 80% of the heat. My car was taken back a few minutes after I arrived. I chatted with Bri and before I knew it, my car was finished. It's 95 degrees out right now and wow, what a huge difference! It felt that the a/c was already on in my car. I just bought a used car , the previous owner had put tint on the rear hatch window (12 years ago). To me it was so dark that during the day I couldn't tell the difference between a car or a truck behind me, there was no way I was going to drive it at night. Since my defogger and antenna were in window I was scared to death to try and have the tint removed (car is old and foreign, no way to replace window). My husband talked to Greg at Cutting Edge and he said no problem, they take tint off all the time, not my car they haven't. End of story is, hubby took car in while I waited at home with a knot in my stomach, it took the guys 20 minute to get the tint off without any damage .
