Some of the guys there were douchebags and expected you to give them a tip after they treated you like crap (psh, yeah right). The women there were somewhat nice,not rude like the guys, and actually apologized for the wait (that's why i bothered giving them a decent rating because the girl who attended me was calm and polite being only one of the 2 females in the place) i only went here a few times because every other place was just as bad with service. Either you have that hair style they know or you are going to regret the cut and want to wear a cap afterwards.
