Julie is fantastic!! My favorite part is that she incorporates essential oils into your Swedish massage.

I originally found Cuvee via Groupon, I ended up not buying the Groupon for couple's massage and just paid $109 at the place instead. I would actually recommend doing that since Groupon takes a big portion of the amount. The employees are great, so I would want my full payment to go to them. The massages were so calming that my girlfriend was knocked out and started snoring hahaha. She only does that when she's completely relaxed and comfortable. They did a great job with the stretching, the deep tissue massaging me and of my girlfriend and I have incredibly tough knots in our shoulders and backs, but we came out feeling like a million bucks. They really take good care of you. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again! read more

I am from WA but in town visiting family and just left Cuvée after having a massage from Julie. It was amazing, relaxing and she takes time to do little things that set her apart. I get massages back home a few times a year and this was by far the best massage I have gotten. You just have to see for yourself. My mom had Zachary as her massage therapist and he is great as well. My mom has had Julie so she knows what a great massage is like. I will defiantly be back to see Julie next time I am in town again! read more

My experience with this day spa was kinda strange. Let me start by saying that I got a groupon for Cuvee and it's 38$ for a choice of swedish or deep tissue massage. I called in and made an appointment and set a time and date. Everything was fine until the day of my appointment. Two hours before my scheduled appointment, I believe Julie called me and informed me that the masseuse that I was booked with had an emergency and couldn't make it. I was slightly frustrated because I was really looking forward to it. And also, she informed me that they were all booked...so I would have to wait a couple more weeks until they can find another appointment for me. I was even more frustrated with that. Anyways, 10 minutes later, Julie called me again and informed me she found someone to honor my appointment for the day, I just need to come in thirty minutes earlier. That was fine. So around 1:30, I called the office to see where they exactly are located, and FYI, the are located in the Crossing area and is the last office on the left. Just drive all the way till the end. I had to find that out myself since no one picked up the phone even if I called repeatedly. But regardless, I found the place myself and walked in. There was no one in the front of the office when i arrived. So i sat down and filled out the paperwork and waited. About 5 minutes before my schedule time, a woman walked in and we both just looked at each other. I wasn't sure if she worked there or were a client. Two minutes later, she came out and asked me if I was the one who had to come in earlier for my appointment. Then she instructed me to follow her and we went back to one of the massage room. There she asked me if I am allergic to anything and to get undressed. No introduction, no name, and no relaxing music. I got undressed and laid down on the heated bed as instructed and a minute later she came back in and just start to massage me. I didn't have the option to tell her what kind of massage I wanted, nor did any relaxing music was played for me. It seems very rushed and awkward. Regardless, she did a fine job of massaging me but I didn't feel relaxed. I was tensed because of how weird the introduction were and since there was no relaxing music...I could hear the massage bed/chair creaking every time she pressed down on it. As the massage goes on, I did have moments where I would dozed off but then get interrupted by the creaking sounds. SO frustrating!! I wasn't relaxed at all!! Anyways, to conclude my experience, after my time was up, I was instructed to get dressed and was told to go out front. I left my tip and then I saw Julie. She seems nice and then I had to ask my masseuse's name since she still didn't tell me hers. LOL. This is deff. a weird interaction. Overall, I think I might give Cuvee another chance, but with Julie since she seems to be more friendly. The girl I had was Theresa and hopefully your experience won't be as weird as mine. lol read more

I have had the same experience as the poster below. I'm having a heck of a time booking an appointment here. I need one after 5 or on the weekend and every time I call they tell me "Those times fill up fast" and try to book me for two months out!! Very frustrating. I can get a weekend appointment with a week or two notice at Blue Fern, so I also continue to go there! read more

So purchased a groupon for 3 massage package since Im pregnant and could REALLY use the help with back aches.. left message for scheduling, owner called me back to schedule.. Everything was fine until I mentioned I had a Groupon, then she tells me its an extra $20.00 on top of groupon for EACH pre-natal.. I told her it does not say that on the website and she tells me "im the owner i know what it says".. just double checked Groupon and it says " May upgrade to the following massages for an additional $20: deep tissue and hot stone." nothing about pre-natal.. Needless to say i cancelled my groupon but since i used promo code I lost the discount option on another purchase.. Not sure how the massage are but customer service is not the best and thats from dealing with the owner.. Not sure why shes uses Groupon if she is not even going to honor it without trying to upcharge.... read more

I'm not one to post bad reviews but this is necessary. I have to say I'm VERY unhappy with Cuvée for these specific reasons. 1. First impression of day spa=poorly designed and not relaxing to say the least. 2. The receptionist who checked me in at the front also happened to be my masseuse...weird. 3. As I was taking off my clothes, I realized the music is coming from an iPhone laying in the shelf playing pandora... && that's only minor things!!! 4. When the masseuse goes to massage my feet, she grabs the phone off the shelf and starts texting on it. 5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: the iPhone playing the music DIED, so the last 20+ minutes were spent in silence listening to the landscapers outside and overhearing someone talking in the next room over... Wish I could tell you the name of my masseuse but she never introduced herself... STEP IT UP CUVÉE! read more

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! The owner Julie is a Liar and dishonest woman! We paid for 10 massages and she only did 7 and then told my wife that all our massages were used! We would never use such a dishonest vendor ever again! Julie please be aware that there is Karma and your dishonest behavior will not make you successful. My mom and I both got a spray tan for New Year's Eve. Julie was so sweet and accommodating and had us in and out within 20 minutes. We were both very pleased with the results as well! Will definitely return here for future spray tans! read more

I bought a custom spray tan off Groupon just to have a nice glow before going to Hawaii. This was the first custom spray tan I've ever gotten, and it was amazing! Julie was so helpful, and explained everything I needed to do before even coming in, and then once I got there again. She made me feel so comfortable, which I feel is important when you're standing naked in front of a stranger! Lol. Great service, great experience, and my tan looks amazing! read more

Karina is, hands down, one of the best therapists I've ever had work on me. I have a hard time relaxing my entire life and therefore never get a massage for pleasure. I went in because my upper back was a knotted mess. During my first visit, Karina was able to determine, very accurately, exactly where my knots were. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't something she, or anyone else, could fix within one visit. I bought a six massage package and went in to see her weekly. By the fifth visit I felt significantly better. Each time she went in and really worked out the knots. She has an extensive knowledge of different techniques used for different issues in different parts of the body. I would highly recommend Cuvée for their massage services! I had a deep tissue massage and my massage therapist did an incredible job! I have TMJ and sit at a desk for 8-10 hours. As a result, I have very tight muscles and tension in my neck and shoulders. I have to get a deep tissue massage 1-2 times a month. I've tried numerous spas in Atlanta, but plan on going to Cuvée on a regular basis. I could tell my therapist was experienced and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly the techniques to use to help relieve the tension associated with my TMJ and even gave me a great facial massage. I am looking forward to my next visit! read more

My fiance wanted to buy me their 60 minute massage off groupon as a gift. Before he made the purchase I called to check availability and set up appointment. When I called she ask my name and said that I have been here before because my name is in the system. I was like oh ok. I don't remember coming to that location and she told me they changed location. It was no longer just one person doing massages. And she set up appointment. So I come to get my massage today. I walk right into the waiting room, no one was there. I said out loud "anyone here" no response. So I took a sit. Finally 10 minutes later someone came out to greet me and said someone will be with me shorty. My appointment was at 1. It's now 1:10 and I guess she was a massage therapist, tells me I need to play the difference. I ask what difference. She say you been here before and the Groupon is just for 1st time clients. Ok I understand, it was a gift though and how come when I called I was not told that before I set up the appointment?? Because I would of told my fiance not to purchase that one. I didn't pay extra, I just left because the Groupon was a gift and I should of been told that when I made the appointment. Services was very disappointing. I guess the owner, which was the one that did my massage 1 year or 2 ago decided to bring in other massage therapist. She did a great job but I will not be returning because her new team was very disappointing and customer service could of been much better. For example have some one at the front desk. I bought a spray tanning session off of Groupon for $20 back in June 2015. Some lady called me the day before my appointment and asked me a lot of weird questions about me rescheduling?? I never tried to reschedule and i told her that. She must have had me confused with another customer so somehow when i just happened to look on my groupon app it said that i had already redeemed my voucher! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the door was locked so i had to wait in my car until somebody got there. I followed her in and there was nobody else there. She asked if i was there for the spray tan and i told her yes and showed her my groupon and explained that some lady had called me the day before and must have redeemed my voucher..she excepted it anyway. We went into a room and she explained what she was going to do since that was my very first spray tan. She was nice and right to the point. But after the weird phone call confusion and nobody being there when i showed up, the service was still good. I'd go again. read more
