We've stopped at thrift stores in Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and now Arizona (my home state). Who could have guessed that this would be the best 2nd hand store that we've walked in (and close to my birth town of Flagstaff). A cornucopia of items throughout the store. If I weren't road weary, I could have spent a few hours perusing everything in there. It was the only place where my father found a good selection of cassette tapes (old car radio console). The woman (owner?) behind the counter helped me with a smile as I left to sit in the car and wait for my father. My father came out with a fistful of tapes and said, "I was looking for you, and the lady said the 'boy' is out in the car." She put another smile on my face, as I'm a 56 year old man who's just young at heart. Great place. I suggest you stop there.

In May of 2015 Red rock resale and I made an agreement for them to sell my furniture and a great deal of other house hold items. The deal i made with the Owner Wes was to roll over the contract every 3 months and that a check would be sent every 3 months for items that were sold... after 6 months i tried to call the owner , the only one able to cut checks or use the computer to see what was sold. His personal cell phone and the store voice mailboxes were always full, one day he actually answered the phone and a week later he sent a check . The same scenario has occurred over the last year and 1/2 . i never get a check unless i am able to reach Wes. I went to the store when i revisited Sedona this week, i left a paper message and then the employee said to try his personal cell # the one where the voicemail is always full . Well, Wes actually answered, I said i was in Sedona for the week and i would like to see him about all my stuff, had my list with me. He said he would be in the store all day the next day. Needless to Say he was not there when i arrived and had not been there at all according to the employee. Had another customer not come into the store and asked if he had a check , and I did see there was a box of a few checks was indeed there , i would never have asked if i had a check. But there it was a check worth a pitiful amount, dated that day. Moral Of this story , you will never know what stuff had sold or what is left. Just because they write it down foes not mean it's true. Or even if they sre trying yo sell it because they have proudly said there are 3 huge storage warehouses full in prescott,az Untrustworthy The only positive is that they took my stuff but i would have gladly just donated it to Twice nice instead of being so aggravated

Which would be fine if they had Salvation Army prices, but no! A two-seater leather sleeper of very undistinguished appearance will cost you close to $7000. Dining room tables are sold for $6000 - $10,000. If they were works of art, then yes that would be a price you would expect to pay. But they are not even attractive, much less artistic. My own recommendation is that you need to drive down to Phoenix. I highly recommend Copenhagen Imports, on Camelback. You will see pretty sights when you walk into that store. And, at the higher end of what this miserable Sedona establishment offers, you could buy fancy furniture are Roche Bobois. Yeah, these require driving to Phoenix, but what can I say. You can buy good art in Sedona, but you should drive down I-17 to buy decent furniture. Let me repeat. A furniture store is easy to judge. Just walk in the front door and cast your eyes around. They delivered the furniture and set up everything to look great. Our new dining room table (made by the Amish) and chairs are beautiful and so nicely made. We've gotten many compliments! When I was a kid, my mom always loved thrifting up north so I suggested we check this shop out. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and all the staff we came across were super friendly. For a small town, they had a pretty good selection though I didn't find my style of clothing in my size. I did however find a mug that had been beloved for over a year and a super cool vintage rain hat. It actually rained a few hours after, so I think the hat brought it on - I love rain! Prices are reasonable and similar to a lot of items I see in the valley. Very scenic views outside, so if you are in the area check out this quaint thrift shop!
