Worst Customer Service and dishonest sales. (1) Starting from the airline ticket sales, they list several flights at great prices, but by the time you try to book it, they give you a totally different price, much higher than offered elsewhere. If you don't pay attention to the details, you will only notice the higher price in your credit card. (2) One of the names in my reservation was spelled with one letter in the wrong sequence. After hours explaining to them the simple change that was needed, they insisted that the ticket had to be cancelled (at a very high fee) and rebooked (at a much higher price). They are very rude. I then called the airlines (it was a 2 leg flight with 2 airlines) and they told me that all CVC had to do was perform a very simple request to fix the issue, which both of them promptly did when I called. read more
