This used to be a great garden center. The poor leadership has led this location to a large…read moredecline. The trees are shabby and overpriced. More specifically, we bought trees from Cramer and one mature tree was half dead on delivery. That they would even deliver such a poor product shows the lack of professionalism from the start. We refused acceptance of this dead 6-foot tree. After a couple days of chasing the garden center to answer the phone, we were told to accept a refund for the tree or go away. When we stated that this was unacceptable, Christain yelled at me and hung up like I was her boyfriend and not a Customer. When the owner (Mario) was reached, he implied that I chose this dead tree. He offered a refund for the tree and blew me off to some underling. What an arrogant little fool he is. At the end of the day, he will not replace the tree and will refund only the one tree leaving me out of pocket for a delivery fee. What is the word for one who takes money for a product they don't deliver on? Anyway, do your self a favor and avoid this overpriced and poorly run garden center.

OPM staff are very diligent at helping you hunt through their available suppliers to make an order for some rare item that isn't normally stocked at any store and they call you promptly when it arrives. One time I was buying metal files and they opened a drawer with more files than I have ever seen in my life. 2: HARDWARE: in the basement they have one of the few remaining hardware counters in town, where you can walk up and ask for a dozen 4-40 stainless cap screws. They have good advice too. (Good prices but Harsupco is better in terms of variety and price.) 3: METALS: in the very back of the basement, they have aluminum, steel, brass and stainless metals in rods, angle, square bars that you can buy by the foot. Their price beats Home Depot by a long shot. They've got the usual things like paint and tape and power tools, but it's the three things above that make it very unique...

I then phone back and asked in French why she hung up on me and she just said , Counter or Service ? and nothing else. I again asked her why and she again said in French , Counter or Service ? I said service and then service never picked up and after 8 rings it returned to her again. If you need any level of professional service at the vendor level avoid this guys like the plague.

Nelco is my go to spot when I need anything plumbing related. Instead of wasting my time wondering around one of those big box stores where there isn't anyone to help you I just head straight to Nelco. The staff here is super knowledgeable and really helpful. Just head up to the counter explain what your problem is and they'll get you what you need.
