I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. A Prescription filled that fast is usually unheard of, obviously not at Daniels though. WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now! The handicap motor carts almost never almost never work a lot of times they're not working because staff failed to plug them in to charge They also lack knowledge of the self check out and many of the staff who persons of color and have made accusatory statements towards me as a white person using racial slurs when I've had difficulty because of my disabilities using the self check out it is a hot very hot summer day on a Sunday. I was not up to making a long drive to Aiken or Columbia and just needed a few things When I went to check out (not self check out) I did not have enough money on my cash app debit card. I put several items back I went out to the lobby where I was trying to call my sister to ask her to put more money on the card I was approached by another customer who aggressively asked for the motorized handicap cart. I told her I was not done with it. I was trying to get more money to finish my shopping. The woman got very nasty. and was acting aggressive telling me that I could not use the car while I made a phone call even though my purchases were still in the cart. I told her I was not done with the cart the louder she got the more frightened I was. I am on the autism spectrum and she was scaring me. Still trying to reach my sister. I went out to my car with the cart. I started to put my purchases in the car while trying to call my sister. a man approached me who I later learned with her husband. He also was getting very aggressive telling me to give him the cart and I said I was not done with it. he was yelling at me. I got my sister on the phone and I got more money put on the card. I finished putting my purchases in the cart and he kept trying to take the cart for me and I said I wasn't done. at the time I had a yellow cash app debit card in my head. I was very overwhelmed. I also have ADHD, and this man was being so aggressive about the cart. I went back in to the store with him following me and I just tried to get away from him. I finished making the purchase as I needed to when I went up to the register to pay. I realized I did not have my debit card I had to have dropped it. I went to customer service. They had not found the card. I asked for help from either someone in customer service or a manager to try to find the card because I was sure it was in the store they refused to help me. I went out to my car where I spent about 20 minutes part of that time, accompanied by two police officers, trying to find the card, and the card was not found, but I was sure it was in the store I locked the card so no one could use it and went back in the store and was just going I'll buy I'll none of the staff would help me look for it was staff putting out stock. I would ask them if they saw it and they would ignore me or laugh at me. I would ask customers, many many many of the customers most of them of color we're laughing and mocking me for asking if they saw the card. I was there over an hour being mocked by customers being ignored by staff before finally going back up to customer service and someone had turned the card in. The lack of working handicap card is what causes people become so aggressive and possessive over these carts. This is totally preventable by the store. I did identify myself to the staff as someone on the autism spectrum, and said that I had to come over will be aggressive. Customer had misplaced the card. I was sure it was in the store, but staff refused to help me, and as I said, many laughed at me. it will be a long time if ever before I go back there

For us to get our plate we now have to wait in line to order and get out ticket, then wait in line to check out(4 self check outs were down), then wait in line the a third time to actually get our food and hope that what we ordered is still there after we pay. On top of waiting in line 3 times when I get back to show proof I paid they are uninterested in my receipt showing that I actually paid for my food. What is the point of making me wait in 3 lines to get my plate if your not gonna look and confirm I paid for my food. All the remolding they have done is putting lipstick on a pig.

I could tell it offered more. But I certainly did not expect to find the most incredible array of gifts, decor, novelties, penny candy, toys, men and women spa specialties and cocktail/bar items. There is even a gift wrap area and a UPS shipping counter. As I wandered around we started talking to this handsome man in scrubs. At first I thought he was a customer but learned he was the Pharmacist and Owner of this business. He was very personable and chatted about vision for his store. In my mind, I pictured a Hallmark movie where this young Pharmacist relocated to this small town and a happy story ensues. The actual pharmacy counter was very busy. It looked to be running very smoothly, given the fast moving crowd. The locals were all very friendly as I wandered around. I am seriously impressed with the very cosmopolitan feel to this store on Main Street in this tiny town.

Walgreens usually has decent deals on their store brand vitamins, and occasionally a good deal on name brands as well. The pharmacy is decently efficient, and the pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't been to any other locations in the area, as I live quite close to this one, but I'd definitely recommend this location based on my experiences here.

Once again received text that prescription was out of stock, automated service won't tell you when it will be in or available for pickup. So after days of no status update, tried calling. They don't want you to call and hope you don't wait 50 minutes on hold and will just hang up. Walgreens: Focus on being a pharmacy and customers. Pay your staff well, train them, care about them and maybe they'll care about the customers who often can't wait days for out of stock drugs and no one answering the phones.

They seem to be under staffed, no one seems to care about the patient. Many times they have only one tech working both the drive through and the counter. Do not even try to reach the pharmacy by phone or even try to talk to the pharmacist. It will never happen. CVS on Whiskey seems to be better staffed and certainly much more pleasant and helpful. I will be changing all my prescriptions to this CVS.
