Do not ever buy an appliance from here. We purchased a dishwasher on Jan 21 online. The purchase…read morewas supposed to include installation and removal of old appliance. On Jan 31, a delivery person came with the dishwasher and said all he does is delivery. None of this was explained to us when we did the purchase. We assumed delivery and installation were to be done on the same day. They outsource the installation for our dishwasher to Stephen Peterson of Express Installations if you are in Charlottesville. This person does not answer the phone. Costco has told us that he will reach out to us. We are still waiting on 2/20. Now Costco said they will reimburse us up to 200 if we get our own installer. This has been the biggest hassle. We are going to return the dishwasher and go to Lowes, which is what we should have done in the first place.

I drove…read more24 miles RT to pick up a RX that I was notified was ready for pickup only to find they had decided to close early without notice. I am aware that they close 1:30-2 pm for lunch each day so I waited until after that to drive there. I'm sure it was a staffing issue and I understand that. I do wish they could find a way via text or Facebook to notify customers when that happens so we would not make unnecessary trips to pick-up RX's wasting time and fuel. They could have a Facebook page and post early closings. When asked if they would be open tomorrow, all they could say was "call before you come". I'm sure they would love to have to answer the phone hundreds of times a day just to let customers know whether they will be open normal hours or not.

I recently met their new pharmacy manager and I'm quite impressed with him. Not only does he come out and speak to almost everyone about their medication, but he even goes out and runs the register when lines are long! I'm not very impressed with the recent remodel, but I am impressed with how the staff is working together to get through what has to be a tough transition.
