The pump never came on so he went back into the store and informed the cashier that pump 6 never came on. The cashier informed him that he told her pump 5, he said no it was pump 6. By that time the manager came out and informed him that they do not correct any mistakes made whether it is the cashier or customers' fault. My son left and called home and told us what had happened. We contacted the corporate office to complain. The corporate office got in touch with the district manager. The district manager contacted us to let us know to go back to Jr. Food Mart and get our gas. She said that she told them on many occasion that they need to make sure that they turn on the correct pumps. It is a shame that we had to contact the corporate office to get the gas my son paid for but didn't get due to a cashier's mistake. The employees are a bunch of fat, lazy women lollygagging around while the customer line wraps around the inside of the store! When I was there today trying to get a Covid booster and flu shot, the big concern and topic of conversation was how much or how little ice was in everyone's Coke! I saw 3 people get disgusted and walk out. After 30 minutes, I joined them and walked out, too! In all fairness, when the older male pharmacist is working, things do run better. I'm moving all my prescriptions to a local Bogalusa pharmacy!
