I will drive farther to a different store in Batavia were I know they will have it on the shelf, and who knows but I probably will buy a lot more items since I am there! Apparently, the girl was new and did not know how to enter the card correctly. She finally called for assistance to put the card through. There were 2 cards. The helper put the second card through. When he got home and entered the cards only one read that it was valid. He went back to Wegmans with his receipt to get an exchange or refund and was told that he had to contact Amazon for his refund. They refused to give him his $100.00 back even when the associates involved were still present at the store and were involved with the sale at the time. Conclusion, 2 one hundred dollar cards. One was not entered properly and turns out invalid, but they took his two hundred dollars and refused to give his money back for that invalid card. Buyer beware. And everybody knows that Amazon customer service procedures are hideous.

You see the time online and a doctor calls in your script and oh surprise surprise Walgreens Pharmacy closed early. The best part is when you're upset or in a hurry because they have had your script for a day or hours, they act shocked like how dare you get upset that I don't care about your wellbeing, it's not like you Doctor just called it in we had it for hours. Walgreens pharmacy in Brockport needs better staff sloppy and unprofessional. It's so disheartening to know that if you need something expect 24 hours or more.

They have a waiting area with chairs, and a separate room for vaccinations so that you can have privacy, and it was all really well done. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

This pharmacy has the ability to make compounded medications as well as filling the standard medications doctors typically prescribe. This is a small town pharmacy and the people that work here take the time to know their customers and help in any way that the can. On the other hand, due to the fact that they are a small store, there are times that your wait may be longer than expected, especially during the peak hours of the day. I personally enjoy shopping for keepsakes and souvenirs from my hometown. I graduated from Livonia Central High School in 1993 and this is the place that I know that I am able to visit and get hats, shirts and other items that show my support for my home town.
