The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!! The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted. What great customer relations care. There are no paper bags to be found at the check out counter. it seems as if they are pushing the use of plastic at a time when public sentiment is for the reduction of plastic bags.
