I love CVS stores you can always find what you are looking for, but this unfortunately its not my favorite location. This CVS is located right in Harvard square, it is extremely convenient as it is right outside the mbta T stop. This location is also very convenient from Harvard students as it is right next to Harvard university. It is located on a very busy street intersection, but surprisingly it is very spacious inside. It has two floors. On the first floors you can find mostly appliances, dried foods and frozen food; while on the second floor you van find the pharmacy, beauty produce and skincare products. The ambiance of this CVS is very nice and it is also very clean. The employees are somewhat helpful but at times I found them to be very rude and dismissive. I mostly come to this CVS to purchase skincare products like La Roche Posay. Most of their skincare products are locked up so you do need an associate assistance to grab them. A lot of times they are out of stock of the products I need and unfortunately this CVS is more on the pricier side compared to others one I have been too.

It is always great to find a CVS when you need one. You can essentially find whatever pharmaceutical need you have and it basically looks like every CVS you have walked into. We found everything we needed without a hassle. The employees were helpful.

CVs are important for getting jobs, but not so much this one. Located in Cambridge Massachusetts and perfect for all of the Harvard students and whatnot. I think it's a cute little place and really good for the students and in a very very very good location except for one thing. Yes ok, you can walk here from most of the Harvard halls and dorms and whatever - but the main issue with it is that it's CVS, and it was extremely expensive. I mean by Boston standards it's probably not too much worse than a lot of Boston pharmacies, but it is actually more expensive than the CVS locations down in Texas, maybe because it's in Massachusetts. Surely the company should just sell stuff the same price all over the country but nope they try to take advantage of local market value and that's how they make their billions but it just makes me like them even less.

Honestly, can you beat a 24-hour CVS? No. There are two levels. The first floor is mostly kitchenware and cereal and milk and office supplies and snacks and stuff. The second floor has cosmetics, sunscreen, first-aid, soap, shampoo, and many more household essentials. There are cashiers available on both levels. Self-checkout is only available on the ground level. What is great that there are always enough clerks around to help answer your questions or find what you are looking for. Super convenient but I wouldn't actually do my regular groceries and purchase cereal and milk from there. Check out other more affordable marketplaces in the area for your regular grocery runs!

Sleazy CVS pharmacy staff switched a doctor's generic prescription to a more expensive brand name prescription!

Typical overpriced liquor store in an expensive part of Boston in the west suburbs right off of Commonwealth. I don't drink so I don't care how overpriced it is - I just came here for some water. But if you're coming here for liquor, it might be a little out of your price range. Then again you're on Yelp so you're probably not poor. Lol. But it's still a good store because I know a lot of you love to drink and these stores are invaluable to you then basically. Pretty good selection too, and friendly enough. Prices are on the expensive side, but fairly standard for Harvard Square prices. They have the customary selection of beers, wines, liquors, and mixers, but they also have a section of Harvard apparel (like T-shirts, sweatshirts) and Harvard memorabilia (like keychains, mugs, coasters, etc), so it is a great place to also pick up some souvenirs while you are shopping for your beer! I also like that they sell accessories to complement your drinking, like plastic martini glasses and plastic shot glasses for a party. Their hours online might not necessarily reflect when you are able to buy alcohol. I walked in after 11pm one night and even though they were still open, I was told that they cannot sell alcohol after 11pm (not sure if that is only on specific nights or if this is a nightly rule).

You're welcome. Also they have other convenience store items, many of questionable origin. The edibles all seem to be within date which is more than I can say for the Shaw's down the street. The trouble is finding anything. the place is so packed with whos-a-ma-whatz-its, thing-a-ma-bobs, and things I can't pronounce that it's a tad overwhelming. On the baked goods shelf they often have conchas. These take me back. Grandma LOVED them and really tried to get me to love them. Sadly that didn't work out. But I know that I can visit them every now and then an look back on those days fondly. You should peep the paper strip that apparently (maybe in the 70s?) held pacifiers. How convenient that strip of binkies must have been several decades ago. Random. There is usually someone scratching tickets in the doorway (what is it with scratch tickets here?) and someone yelling about Mass Millions up front. This can be inconvenient if you are on a Choco Taco mission; but fear not, taco-y goodness is at hand and for a mere $1.75. Woohoo! So yeah, go. Get your taco on. Live well.
